<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan seberapa besar pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran simulasi sosial dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan siswa kelas V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nahdlatul Ulama III Pontianak Barat. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan penelitian nonequivalent control group design. Seluruh siswa kelas V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nahdlatul Ulama III Pontianak Barat tahun ajaran 2013/2014 menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini yang terdiri dari dua kelas yaitu, kelas VA dan VB yang berjumlah 56 siswa. Alat pengumpulan data berupa tes hasil belajar siswa yang berbentuk pilihan ganda berjumlah dua puluh delapan soal. Berdasarkan perhitungan statistik dari rata-rata hasil pretest kelas kontrol 41,20 dan rata-rata pretest kelas Eksperimen 39,92 sedangkan untuk hasil post-test kelas kontrol 64,29 dan rata-rata post-test kelas eksperimen 71,94. Dari perhitungan effect size (ES), diperoleh 0,63 (kriteria sedang). Hal ini berarti model pembelajaran simulasi sosial memberikan pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa.
