Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan minat belajar Bahasa Inggris melalui pembelajaran gerak dan lagu pada anak usia 5-6 tahun TK Kristen Immanuel Pontianak Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 20 orang anak dan 1 guru kelas. Hasil analisa data menunjukkan bahwa guru telah meningkatkan aspek menirukan kembali 4-5 urutan kata, 90% anak masuk kategori Berkembang Sesuai Harapan dan Berkembang Sangat Baik, 10% anak masuk kategori Mulai Berkembang. Guru meningkatkan aspek mengucapkan syair lagu anak, 85% anak masuk kategori Berkembang Sesuai Harapan dan Berkembang Sangat Baik, 15% anak masuk kategori Mulai Berkembang. Guru meningkatkan aspek menyanyikan lagu anak dengan gerakan, 85% anak masuk kategori Berkembang Sesuai Harapan dan Berkembang Sangat Baik, 15% anak masuk kategori Mulai Berkembang.   Kata Kunci: Minat Belajar, Gerak, Lagu Abstract: The purpose of this research is to describe  the development of  English learning interest through music and movement for children 5-6 years old. The research method used is descriptive approach method. This research took twenty children and one teacher as samples. The result of data analysis showed that teacher developed  the children’s ability in  repeating 4-5 words. 90% of the children developed according to expectation and were categorized as well developed children and 10% of the children were categorized as beginning developed children. Teacher also developed the children’s ability in  reciting the rhyme. 85% of the children developed according to expectation and were categorized as well developed children and 15% of the children were categorized as begining developed children.
