Abstract

ABSTRAK Dalam menghadapai persaingan global mendatang, perkembangan ekonomi  kreatif di  Indonesia  pun  mulai  diperhatikan.  Ekonomi  kreatif yang berbasis kepada modal kreativitas sumber daya manusia, berpeluang mendorong daya saing bangsa Indonesia di masa depan. Perkembangan Ekonomi kreatif diikuti pula dengan perkembangan wirausaha muda di Indonesia yang saat ini mengalami peningkatan  jumlah yang cukup baik. Di Kabupaten Muna sendiri sudah ada beberapa komunitas - komunitas kegiatan jual-beli dan pameran produk-produk industri kreatif yang berbasis lokal meliputi produk fesyen, kerajinan, desain, dll. Maka dari itu sangat diperlukan sebuah wadah untuk kegiatan pengembangan industri kreatif yang ada di kota Raha, Kabupaten Muna. Dalam perancangan ini, wadah tersebut berupa Pusat Kreatifitas Masyarakat Muna yang direncanakan berlokasi di kawasan pusat bisnis (CBD) bertempat di jalan By Pass Raha. Pusat Kreatifitas Masyarakat Muna ini mewadahi kegiatan bekerja dan  edukasi  di  bidang  industri  kreatif,  dengan  adanya  fasilitas  seperti ruang-ruang workshop dan studio, ruang kelas serta ruang pameran atau pertunjukan baik indoor maupun outdoor untuk kegiatan-kegiatan kreatif lainnya. Sesuai dengan pendekatan dan rumusan masalah yang diangkat maka proses perancangan bangunan dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi eksisting site, kebutuhan dan program ruang serta perwujudan tampilan arsitektur tradisional muna terhadap bangunan agar dapat mewadahi kegiatan di dalamnya dan sesuai untuk pengguna Pusat kreatifitas. Kata kunci: industri kreatif, arsitektur, tradisional muna, raha ABSTRACT In the face of future global competition, the development of the creative economy in Indonesia has begun to be noticed. In Muna Regency, there are already several communities - buying and selling activities and exhibitions of local creative industrial products, including fashion products, crafts, drawings, etc. A container is therefore necessary for the development of creative industries in the city of Raha, Muna Regency. In this design, the container comes in the form of the Muna Community Creativity Center, which should be located in the Central Business District (CBD) located on By Pass Raha Road. The Muna Community Creativity Center organizes work and educational activities in the area of creative industries, with facilities such as workshops and studios, classrooms and indoor or indoor exhibitions or shows. outside for other creative activities.
