<![CDATA[Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, sedangkan sifat penelitian adalah deskriptif explanatory research. Penelitian dilakukan di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Majene. Pelaksanaan penelitian selama 2 bulan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 56 orang pegawai di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Majene. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah keseluruhan jumlah populasi diambil sebagai sampel. Dengan demikian jumlah sampel sama dengan jumlah populasi (sensus atau sampel jenuh). Sehingga sampel sebanyak 56 orang pegawai pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Majene. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model regresi linier berganda (multiple regression analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Majene This type of research is descriptive quantitative, while the nature of the research is descriptive explanatory research.
