Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisa apakah Pegadaian Digital Service (PDS) dipilih sebagai User Generated Content (UGC) efektif untuk memberikan Kemudahan dan manfaat penggunaan bagi Nasabah Pegadaian pada PT. Pegadaian Unit Siwa, Kabupaten Wajo, Sulawesi Selatan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuisioner secara online yang disebarkan kepada 94 responden untuk mengeetahui persepsi nasabah atas Pegadaian Digital Service (PDS) melalui pendekatan Tecchnology Acceptance Model 2 (TAM-2). analisa data dlakukan dengan menggunakann statistik deskriptif dan analisis jalur . Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hubungan indikator tertinggi dengan nilai sebesar 35% pada variabel Kualitas Hasil (X4) yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kegunaan Penggunaan (Y1); Indikator terendah memiliki nilai sebesar 7,7% pada variabel Persepsi Pandangan (X2) yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Persepsi Kegunaan Penggunaan (Y1). Keseluruhan hasil juga menunjukkan bahwa Pegadaian Digital Service (PDS) dapat diterima oleh pengguna sebagai platform yang berguna untuk memudahkan dalam bertransaksi gadai secara online. Kata kunci : Pegadaian Digital Service (PDS), E-Service, Technology Acceptance Model 2, Persepsi pengguna.

Abstract

Makassar dengan tingkat kepadatan tinggi, berdampak pada kebutuhan konsumsi makanan dan minuman. Perubahan gaya hidup juga mengakibatkan berkembangnya industri coffeeshop atau kafe. Berkembangan ini terlihat di pusat-pusat perkotaan, berbagai macam kafe atau warung kopi dapat ditemukan bahkan di lorong-lorong. Akibat wabah Covid-19, omset penjualan kafe turun bahkan beberapa diantaranya tutup. Penerapan New Normal juga tidak langsung membuat pendapatan kembali normal, apalagi penerapan protokol kesehatan. Olehnya, penting untuk menemukan cara dalam menambah dan mempertahankan konsumen serta tetap bertahan. Salah satunya adalah memberikan layanan agar mendapatkan konsumen baru dengan menciptakan loyalitas konsumen dalam sebuah komunitas sebagai bentuk Costumer Relationship Management (CRM). Penelitian ini berbentuk Research & Development, menggabungkan Model Waterfall Pressman dengan Borg & Gall yang disesuaikan tujuan pengembangan. Metode penelitian meliputi wawancara langsung, observasi, dan studi literatur dan aplikasi untuk menunjang analisis dan perbandingan antara teori yang relevan dengan praktek. Luaran berupa website yang terintegrasi dengan media sosial, aplikasi percakapan dan video sharing. Pemodelan berbentuk diagram konteks dan aplikasi dikembangkan dengan WordPress, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram dan Youtube. Kata Kunci: Bisnis; CRM; Digital; Kewirausahaan; Komunitas.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze factors which consist of work environment, incentives, non-financial rewards and placement that give impact on the performance of agricultural instructors in Tojo Una-Una Regency. Type of the current research is descriptive quantitative, 51 people of sample are agricultural counselor. Stratified Proportional Random sampling technique was applied and then processed by using SPSS application. The results showed that both partially and simultaneously work environment, incentives, non-financial rewards and placements had an effect on the performance of agricultural instructors in Tojo Una-Una Regency and the most dominant factor is incentives. Abstract

This research aims is to know and to analyze the impact of human capital (individual capability, individual motivation, leadership, the organization climate, and workgroup effectiveness) to performance Building Management of Menara Bosowa Makassar. This research using the survey method with the amount of sample 71 respondent, it is analyzed using program of SPSS 23. This research shows that :1) individual capability have positive and insignificant effect to Menara Bosowa Building Management performance; 2) individual motivation has positive and significant effect to Menara Bosowa Building Management performance; 3) leadership has positive but not significant effect to Menara Bosowa Building Management performance; 4) the organization climate has positive and significant effect to Menara Bosowa Building Management performance 5) workgroup effectiveness gives positive and significant effect to Menara Bosowa Building Management performance.

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of oil and gas and non oil and gas exports towards the gross domestic product. The object of the research is in Indonesia and the data used in this study in 2008-2012. Analysis techniques were used to test the hypothesis of this research is the multiple regression analysis and data processing in the research using SPSS. The results of this research indicate that oil and gas exports and the export of non-oil and gas together positive and significant effect on gross domestic product of Indonesia. While the test is partially or singly showed different results, where oil and gas export variables have no effect partially against Indonesia gross domestic product, this is due to not over oil and gas export value and gross domestic product of Indonesia, in addition to other variables being up or down significantly and is one of the variable counter in search of the value of gross domestic product. On the other hand in partially test indicates that the variable is non-positive and influential oil & gas significantly to gross domestic product of Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether there are differences in perception among certain occupational groups to the wisdom koporasi in achieving the vision and mission of the organization. The sample in this study are a group of professionals in the field of education and occupational groups in banking. The method used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods. Analysis tool used is the statistical analysis tool that is an average of different test saples via independent t-test is to determine the degree of difference on the variables measured in samples that are independent in this study. The results of this study prove that there was no significant difference between perceptions closely and professional groups in education with professional groups in the field of Banking in the six indicators of research that is the attitude, motivation, interests, experiences, social environment and self-concept. This study proves that there is a close and significant differences between the perceptions of professional groups in education with professional groups in the field of Banking in the four indicators namely research expectations, working conditions, needs and the suitability of time.

Abstract

The intensity of usage and Internet users continues to increase along with the development of devices smartphones/PDAs (Personal Digital Assistance), e-commerce and social media. Internet traffic volume continues to rise encourage all providers to provide connections with a large transport capacity through technology broadband.Banyaknya number of operators and the growth of broadband Internet customers require mapping of the segment as a basis for marketing activities. Segmentation parse a heterogeneous market into homogeneous groups according to the elements of geography, demographics, behavior and psikografi.Dalam this survey, segmentation based on demographic factors with the variables age, sex (gender), education, monthly expenditure (SES) and internet service providers . Segmentation is done through a survey conducted in several big cities in Indonesia with the cluster sampling method. The survey results showed that the level of Internet usage between men and women are relatively equal, so the aspect of gender did not significantly affect the process of offering Internet services. While education and SES variables have positive correlation with the level of usage (usage) internet. Other findings showed that the category of heavy internet users (heavy users) are dominant, with a percentage> 50% in nearly all surveyed operators.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bahwa apakah sama kinerja Saham dengan menggunakan Parameter Laba Akuntansi dan Economic Value Added (EVA) dalam bentuk Indeks Treynor dan Indeks Sharpe pada Saham PT.Telkom,Tbk .Dari analisis Economic Value Added menghasilkan nilai yang positif, ini menandakan bahwa tingkat pengembalian yang dihasilkan melebihi tingkat biaya modal atau tingkat pengembalian yang diminta oleh investor atas investasi yang dilakukannya, keadaan menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan berhasil menciptakan nilai bagi pemilik modal, konsisten dengan tujuan untuk memaksimunkan nilai perusahaan.Dari analisis beda kinerja dihasilkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan dalam mengukur kinerja saham antara parameter Laba EVA dengan Laba Akuntansi. Baik kinerja saham yang terukur dari risiko pasar maupun yang terukur dengan risiko individu saham yang ditandai dengan parameter indeks Sharpe, dan indeks Treynor tetap menunjukkan adanya perbedaan

Abstract

The objectives of the study are to measure and analyze the influence of the strategic planning and culture on the performance of company. The study indicates that the strategic environment has a positive but insignificant influence on the strategic planning of the company. However, the strategic environment has a positive and significant influence on the performance of the company in the region. The strategic environment therefore has a positive but insignificant influence on the company performance through strategic planning. Culture has a positive and significant influence on both the strategic planning and the performance of the company. Therefore, culture has a direct as well as indirect influence on the performance of the company in through strategic planning.

Abstract

This research aims to know (1) the effect of leader personal characteristic toward work satisfaction, work motivation and perfromance of employee both direct or indirect; (2) the effect of leader individual competention toward work satisfaction, work motivation and performance of employee both direct or indirect; (3) the effect of leadership attitude toward work satisfaction, work motivation, and performance of employee both direct or indirect ; (4) the effect of communication capability toward work satisfaction, work motivation and performance of employee both direct or indirect; (5) the effect of work satisfaction toward work motivation and performance of employee both direct or indirect; and (6) the effect of work motivation toward performance of employee of BPR in South Sulawesi. Data used in this research are primary data which collected by 220 person taken as samples. The data collected were then analyzed by confirmatory factor and model verification by using structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis, and the results were then justified. The Result of the research showed that: (1) The personal characteristic has positive effect and significant influence toward the work employee satisfaction and motivation, but it was not significant to employee performance, (2) The individual competency of leader has positive effect and significant toward the satisfaction, motivation work and performance of employee, (3) The leadership attitude has positive effect and significant influence toward the satisfaction, motivation work and performance of employee, (4) The communication ability of leader has positive effect and significant toward the work satisfaction, motivation and performance of employee, (5) The motivation work has positive effect and significant toward the employee performance of Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) in South Sulawesi.
