Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Competence, awareness. training, infrastructure, and work environment on Employee Performance at the Investment Service, Integrated One Stop Service and Manpower This research uses survey method. Implemented at the Investment Office, one-stop service and Barru Regency Manpower. The time of the study was November to December 2019. The population in this study were all employees of the Office of Investment, one-stop Services and the Labor of Barru Regency, as many as 50 people. Sampling in this study used a saturated sampling technique (census) in which all populations in this study were sampled. The sample used in this study was 50 people. Data analysis uses multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis). The results showed that there was a significant influence and positive direction betwee the variables of competence, awareness, training, infrastructure, and work environment partially and simultaneously on improving employee performance at the Office of Investment, One Stop Services and Workforce and the most dominant variables influential is the employee's work environment variable at the Office of Investment, One Stop Integrated Services and Labor Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kompetensi, kesadaran. pelatihan, infrastruktur, dan lingkungan kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Penanaman Modal, Pelayanan Terpadu satu Pintu Dan Tenaga Kerja Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Penanaman modal, Pelayanan satu pintu dan Tenaga Kerja kabupatee n Barru, sebanyak 50 orang. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh (sensus) yaitu semua populasi dalam penelitian ini dijadikan sampel. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 50 orang. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda (multiple regression analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Terdapat pengaruh yang cukup signifikan dan arahnya positif antara variable kompetensi, kesadaran, pelatihan, infrastruktur, dan lingkungan kerja secara parsial dan secara simultan terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Penanaman Modal, Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu dan Tenaga Kerja serta Variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh adalah variabel lingkungan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Penanaman Modal, Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu dan Tenaga Kerja

Abstract

The aim of the research was to determine inThe influence of Education and Training, Motivation and Work Culture on Employee Performance at the Secretariat of the Pinrang Regency Parliament. The method used in the research was quantitative with associative explanative survey study type. The research was conducted in Pinrang regency and the population were employees at the Secretariat of the Pinrang Regency Parliament. The sample was obtained by census technique, which took a total population of 45 employees. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and regression analysis to determine the description and influence between variables. This study uses three independent variables namely: education and training (X1), work motivation (X2), and work culture (X3) while the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). The results indicated that the influence of Education and Training, Motivation and Work Culture on Employee Performance at the Secretariat of the Pinrang Regency Parliament. The results of the regression analysis showed a significant influence between the independent variables namely: education and training (X1), work motivation (X2), and work culture (X3) with the dependent variable namely: namely employee performance (Y). The biggest influence occurred on the education and training variable (X1), namely 48.5%, followed by work motivation variable (X2) by 31.8%, and the smallest was the work culture variable (X3) by 28.6%. Simultaneously, there is a significant and positive influence between education and training, motivation and work culture on employee performance at the Secretariat of the Pinrang Regency Parliament by 65.6% while the remaining 34.4% is influenced by other factors that are not the object of research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of partially or simultaneously Good Governance factors seen from accountability, transparency, and responsiveness to the work effectiveness of Barru Regency Cooperatives, SMEs and Trade employees. And to find out which factors among accountability, transparency, and responsiveness are the most influential on the work effectiveness of the employees of the Cooperative, SME and Trade Offices of Barru Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The sample in this study were all employees of the Cooperative, UKM and Trade Office of Barru Regency with 36 people. The data analysis technique used in testing the hypothesis is multiple regression analysis with t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that: Good governance factors seen from the aspects of accountability, transparency, and responsiveness partially or simultaneously have positive and significant effect on the work effectiveness of the employees of the Cooperative, SME and Trade Offices of Barru Regency. 5. The most dominant factor of good governance in influencing the increase in work effectiveness of Barru Regency Cooperative, SME and Trade Service employees is the principle of transparency.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Kepemimpinan,Kompetensi Dan Motivasi Aparat secara sendiri-sendiri (parsial), dan bersama-sama (simultan) dan variabel yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Barru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Dilaksanakan pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Barru. Waktu penelitian adalah bulan Oktober sampai November 2019. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Barru, sebanyak 52 orang. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh (sensus) yaitu semua populasi dalam penelitian ini dijadikan sampel. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 96 orang. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda (multiple regression analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkanhasil perhitungan nilai thitung dan ttabel. Nilai ttabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% adalah 1,66. Dengan demikian, nilai thitung2,503> ttabel 1,66. Hasil pengujian ini menginterpretasikan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Kerja pada taraf signifikansi 5%.Artinya hipotesis dapat diterima dan nilai Fhitung 3,012 lebih besar dari nilai Ftabel 2,70. serta Motivasi kerja, paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap efektivita sebanyak 52.8% Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Barru.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of HR potential and leadership style on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Pinrang district secretariat. This research approach is a quantitative descriptive approach. A total of 58 respondents were taken as samples in this study. The instrument used to test the appropriateness of a question in the questionnaire is a validity test and a reliability test. For the method of data analysis used in this study is the classic assumption test which is strengthened by the normality test and multicorrelation test and in testing the hypothesis includes multiple linear regression analysis, t test and test model determination (F and R2 tests) using SPSS 16.0. The results of the study are known that the Direct Effect of Human Compotence on Job Satisfaction is 0.240 or 24.0% with a t value> t table value of 2.164> 2.004. The direct influence of leadership style on job satisfaction is 0.509 or 50.9% with a t value of 5.573> 2.004. The direct influence of leadership style on performance is 0.565 or 56.5% with a t value of 4.871> 2.004. The direct effect of HR Competence on Performance is 0.385 or 38.5% with a t value of 2.737> 2.004. The direct effect of job satisfaction on performance is 0.722 or 72.2% with a t value of 5.305> 2.004. The indirect effect of HR competence and leadership style on performance through employee job satisfaction is 0.613 or 61.3%. The indirect influence of leadership style on performance through job satisfaction is 0.626 or 62.6% with a t value of 4.923> 2.004.

Abstract

The study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, locus of control, and individual characteristics individually and together on employee job satisfaction in Tiroang District Pinrang Regency. The design of this study uses survey research that takes samples from one population and uses questionnaires as a primary data collection tool. The study was conducted in the District of Tiroang Pinrang Regency. The time of the study was from October to November 2019. The population in the study were all employees of Tiroang Subdistrict, Pinrang Regency, amounting to 38 people. The sampling technique used in this study is census sampling or saturated sample, which is the total sample is all population. The number of samples in this study were 38 respondents. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis) The results showed that there was an influence between leadership style, locus of control and individual characteristics individually and together on the job satisfaction of Tiroang District Pinrang District employees, as well as the variables of the most dominant individual characteristics influencing the job satisfaction of Tiroang District Pinrang District employee satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of individual competence, work discipline and partial supervision of employee work productivity, (2) the effect of individual competence, work discipline and supervision simultaneously on employee work productivity, (3) analyze which variable is the most dominant affect employee productivity. The sample of this study was 36 respondents of Barru Regency Cooperative, SME and Trade Service employees, using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results of hypothesis testing show that (1) individual competence (X1) and supervision (X2) have a positive and partially significant effect on work productivity, with a tcount of 2.235> ttable 2.036; and tcount 2.126> ttable 2.0. Work discipline does not have a significant effect on work productivity with a tcount of 0.623 <ttable 2.036, (2) F test results indicate that individual competence, work discipline and supervision have a simultaneous effect on work productivity, this can be seen from the Fcount value of 11.391> Ftable 2.86. Determinant coefficient test results show that the influence of independent variables (individual competence, work discipline and supervision) on the dependent variable (work productivity) is only 51.6%, while the remaining 48.4% is influenced by other variables not examined, (3) Variables the most dominant individual competencies influence employee productivity

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan utuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh langsung motivasi dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kompensasi pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Pangkep. Jumlah Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini 69 orang. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian survey Lokasi penelitian pada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Pangkep yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober sampai November 2019 dianalisis menggunakan jalur (path analysis).Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung motivasi dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kompensasi pegawai, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung motivasi dan pengalaman kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara tidak langsung motivasidan pengalaman kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja melalui kompensasi pegawai. The research aims to find out and analyze the direct influence of motivation and work experience on employee compensation at the Pangkep District Education Office. The population and sample in this study were 69 people. The design of this study used survey research The research location at the Pangkep District Education Office conducted from October to November 2019 was analyzed using path analysis. The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant direct effect on motivation and work experience on employee compensation, there was a positive influence and significant direct motivation and work experience on employee work productivity, there is a significant positive and indirect effect of motivation and work experience on work productivity through employee compensation.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, sedangkan sifat penelitian adalah deskriptif explanatory research. Penelitian dilakukan di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Majene. Pelaksanaan penelitian selama 2 bulan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 56 orang pegawai di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Majene. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah keseluruhan jumlah populasi diambil sebagai sampel. Dengan demikian jumlah sampel sama dengan jumlah populasi (sensus atau sampel jenuh). Sehingga sampel sebanyak 56 orang pegawai pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Majene. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model regresi linier berganda (multiple regression analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Majene This type of research is descriptive quantitative, while the nature of the research is descriptive explanatory research. The study was conducted at the One-stop Investment and Integrated Services Office of Majene Regency. Implementation of research for 2 months. The population in this study amounted to 56 employees in the Office of Investment and Integrated Services of One Door Majene Regency. The sample in this study is the entire population taken as a sample. Thus the number of samples is equal to the population (census or saturated sample). So that the sample of 56 employees in the Office of Investment and Integrated Services of One Door Majene Regency. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression model (multiple regression analysis). The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between work motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline on the performance of the employees of the Investment Office and the One Stop Integrated Service in Majene Regency

Abstract

The study aims to determine and analyze: 1) the direct influence of transformational leadership and work motivation on employee job satisfaction in the Majene Regency Regional Financial and Asset Agency, 2) the direct influence of transformational leadership and work motivation on employee performance in the Majene Regency Regional Finance and Asset Agency, and 3) the indirect effect of transformational leadership and work motivation on performance through employee job satisfaction at the Regional Finance and Assets Agency in Majene Regency This research design uses survey research. Location of the study was in the Regional Finance and Assets Agency in Majene Regency. The study was conducted from October to November 2019. The population in this study included all employees of the Majene Regency Financial and Asset Agency, amounting to 97 people. Sampling of this study was carried out using a saturated sampling technique (census), namely determining the entire population to be sampled as many as 97 employees of the Majene Regency Finance and Assets Agency. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that: 1) there was a positive and significant direct effect on transformational leadership and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at the Financial and Asset Regional Agency of Majene Regency, 2) there was a positive and significant direct effect on transformational leadership and work motivation on employee performance in Regional Finance and Assets Agency of Majene Regency, and 3) there is a positive and significant influence indirectly on transformational leadership and work motivation on performance through employee job satisfaction at the Regional Finance and Asset Agency of Majene Regency
