The easy use of information technology is demonstrated by the number of various sectors that have implemented information technology, including the government sector. The Planning, Development, Research and Development Agency (BAPPELITBANG) of Tapin is a leading sector that coordinates the planning of Regional Work Units in Tapin Regency, South Kalimantan. The coordination is implemented by developing an electronic system for regional development under the name E-Tamasa. Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Communication and Information of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4 of 2016 concerning Information Security Management System, a government agency that manages an electronic system must implement information securities. Due to vital informations that are managed by BAPPELTBANG Tapin, this study aims to analyze the level of readiness of information security with Indeks Keamanan Informasi (KAMI) 4.1. This framework consists these following 7 evaluation areas, Electronic Systems Category, Information Security Governance, Information Security Risk Management, Information Asset Management, Information Technology and Security, and Supplements. The research result shows that BAPPELITBANG Tapin received the status of "Fulfillment of the Basic Framework" with a score of 291 for the level of completeness of the application of ISO 27001:2013 standards.
