ABSTRACT This article aims to explain the direct effect of the variables on the quality of work life, compensation, organizational culture, and employee performance. The variable of the mediating role of organizational culture. The method of this article used quantitative - explanatory. Population and sample were 80 respondents. Data collection used a questionnaire. Data analysis used Path Analysis. The results showed directly that the quality of work life, compensation, and organizational culture can improve organizational culture.
