Abstract

ABSTRACT  This article aims to explain the direct effect of the variables on the quality of work life, compensation, organizational culture, and employee performance. The variable of the mediating role of organizational culture. The method of this article used quantitative - explanatory. Population and sample were 80 respondents. Data collection used a questionnaire. Data analysis used Path Analysis. The results showed directly that the quality of work life, compensation, and organizational culture can improve organizational culture. The role of organizational culture as mediation is partial mediation.Keywords: Quality of Work Life, Compensation, Organizational Culture, Employee Performance.ABSTRAK  Artikel ini bertujuan menjelaskan pengaruh secara langsung variabel quality of work life, kompensasi, budaya organisasi, dan kinerja karyawan. Serta peran variabel mediasi budaya organisasi. Metode yang digunakan kuantitatif – ekpanatory. Populasi dan sampel adalah 80 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan Path Analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara langsung bahwa quality of work life, kompensasi, budaya organisasi mampu meningkatkan budaya organisasi. Peran budaya organisasi sebagai mediasi adalah parsial mediasi Kata Kunci: Quality Of Work Life, Kompensasi, Budaya Organisasi, Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is 1) To know and analyze the level of Work Productivity of Treasurer of South Sulawesi Police Unit, 2) To know and analyze what factors influence the productivity of the Treasurer in South Sulawesi Police Work Unit, and 3) To know and analyze the most factors dominant influence on work productivity at the Treasurer of South Sulawesi Police Unit. The method of analysis used in this research is Multiple Regression analysis method. The research data was obtained from the staff of Bendaharawan Satuan (BENSAT) of South Sulawesi Police. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The promotion of job title, salary, work facilities and education and training have a significant effect on the work productivity of Civil Service Police in South Sulawesi Police Headquarters, 2) To improve work productivity of employees must also pay attention to work design to encourage specialization work so that the development of employee's ability to knowledge, skills, work ability is more optimal, and thus will encourage the achievement of organizational goals by paying attention to the concept of goal alignment, 3) The most dominant reward factor because there is a desire to obtain promotion, periodic salary increase, other reward signs in the form of achievement symbols, and 4) The salary factor is insignificant, because the salary for the treasurer is a provision that can not be changed either the treasurer is productive or not salary is still running unless it is PTD Hello

Abstract

AbstractThe COVID-19 pandemic has caused changes in various sectors, including the education sector. As a measure to stop the spread of the virus, Indonesia in March 2020 began implementing an online school policy. However, this change has an impact on the cognitive development of students, especially at the elementary and junior high school levels. The purpose of this review is to analyze cognitive development that refers to Jean Piaget’s theory in elementary and junior high school students during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of the literature review show that there is a decrease in cognitive development in elementary and junior high school students during online teaching and learning activities. This is related to the cognitive development of elementary school students who are still in the concrete operational phase and junior high school students who are in the formal operational stage, so that online learning activities cannot optimally facilitate the learning activities of elementary and junior high school students. The data shows a number of elementary and junior high school students who do not understand the learning material during the online learning system. Some of the causes include limited use of learning methods, less than optimal two-way communication between teachers and students, and teacher-student interactions that are not optimal. Some things that can be done to optimize the online learning system and improve the cognitive abilities of elementary and junior high school students are the teacher’s role in motivating students through the media and the selection of appropriate learning methods.Abstrak Pandemi COVID-19 menyebabkan perubahan pada berbagai sektor, termasuk pada sektor pendidikan. Sebagai langkah untuk menghentikan penyebaran virus, Indonesia pada Maret 2020 mulai menerapkan kebijakan sekolah daring. Namun perubahaan ini berdampak pada perkembangan kognitif siswa, terutama pada tingkat Sekolah Dasar dan Sekolah Menengah Pertama. Tujuan dari review ini adalah menganalisis perkembangan kognitif yang merujuk pada teori Jean Piaget pada siswa SD dan SMP selama masa pandemi COVID-19. Hasil tinjauan literatur menunjukkan terdapat penurunan perkembangan kognitif pada siswa SD dan SMP selama dilakukan aktivitas belajar-mengajar secara daring. Hal ini berkaitan dengan perkembangan kognitif siswa SD yang masih pada fase operasional konkret dan pada siswa SMP yang berada pada tahapan operasional formal, sehingga aktivitas belajar secara daring tidak bisa secara optimal memfasilitasi aktivitas belajar siswa SD dan SMP. Data menunjukkan sejumlah siswa SD dan SMP yang tidak memahami materi pembelajaran selama pembelajaran sistem online. Beberapa penyebabnya antara lain keterbatasan penggunaan metode pembelajaran, kurang optimalnya komunikasi dua arah antara guru dan siswa, dan interaksi guru dan siswa yang tidak maksimal. Beberapa hal yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengoptimalkan sistem pembelajaran online dan meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif siswa SD dan SMP adalah peran guru dalam memotivasi siswa melalui media dan pemilihan metode pembelajaran yang sesuai.

Abstract

In order for businesses to thrive in the era of globalization, human resource issues are currently their top priority. Organizations are required to be able to offer appropriate feedback from the work done by an employee in terms of leadership and motivating workers. Employees, as executors of work, will always try their best to be able to carry out their obligations properly. With this research, organizational commitment and employee performance of PT Tiran Group Makassar are examined in relation to leadership and work motivation. This type of research is hypothesis testing with quantitative methods. The population is all employees of PT Tiran Makassar with a sample of 83 respondents. Data were analyzed by means of paths using SPSS 22. The findings show that leadership at PT Tiran Makassar has a positive and substantial impact on worker performance, while work motivation has a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. At PT Tiran Makassar, organizational dedication has a good but negligible impact on staff performance. Employee performance at PT Tiran Makassar is positively and significantly influenced by work motivation, with organizational commitment as the intervening variable.

Abstract

Online education is growing rapidly due to the Covid 19 pandemic. For almost three years this pandemic is still ongoing, so the world of education has also begun to transform and innovate to be able to provide the best service for students and teachers. Currently, many schools have started to use technology in learning, one of which is using hybrid learning. Thus, teacher readiness is an important aspect in dealing with any changes or new situations. Especially in an era like this, it is very important for us to be able to see the extent to which teachers are prepared to deal with it. Various scales for measuring teacher readiness have been developed, one of which is the Teacher Readiness for Online Learning Measure (TROLM) Communication self-efficacy (CSE), Institutional support (IS), Self-directed learning (SDL) scale, Learning transfer self-efficacy (LTSE). The researcher used a sample of 19 SD Strada Van Lith II teachers with the Non-Probability Sampling technique. Questionnaires were distributed to all respondents via google form in the hope of getting results that answered the research objectives by using a Likert scale to minimize errors. The results of this study found that the teacher's overall readiness had an effect on the implementation of hybrid learning by utilizing technology

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance at the Makassar Research and Development Center for Environment and Forestry. Data collection uses primary data obtained from questionnaires using saturated sampling techniques. The population is all permanent employees at the Makassar Research and Development Center for Environment and Forestry with a total of 51 people. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity and reliability, and the classical assumptions in the form of normality assumptions and heteroscedasticity assumptions have been tested. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression techniques. The results showed that the proposed hypothesis was accepted because it showed positive and significant results of hypothesis testing. This means that Training and Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

The highest unemployment rate is caused by graduates who have increased due to the available workforce being greater than the number of jobs available. The way to overcome unemployment is to increase entrepreneurial intentions. The purpose of this study was to investigate entrepreneurial intentions in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, State University of Malang as it is believed that entrepreneurial intentions are the most important factor in entrepreneurial actions, using variables of entrepreneurial education, self-efficacy, gender, and entrepreneurial attitude variables as mediation. This research is a quantitative research using a descriptive research design. The dependent variable in this research is entrepreneurial intention (Y), the independent variable is entrepreneurial literacy (X1) and self-efficacy (X2) while the mediating variable is entrepreneurial attitude (Z). The population taken in this research is students. The sample taken in this research is 170 respondents calculated using the Slovin formula. The scale used in this is a Likert scale with 5 choices to be answered by the resource person, namely strongly disagree, disagree, disagree, agree, strongly agree. Furthermore, the instrument feasibility test uses validity and reliability tests. While the classical assumption test uses normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests. The analysis technique uses descriptive analysis, path analysis, sobel test and difference test. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions has a significant influence, self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions has a significant influence, entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions mediated by entrepreneurial attitudes has a significant influence, self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions mediated by entrepreneurial attitudes has a significant influence, entrepreneurial attitudes on entrepreneurial intentions have a significant influence and based on the results of the difference test
