Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel motivasi  dan kemampuan  secara simultan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai; 2) untuk mengetahui  pengaruh variabel motivasi  dan kemampuan  secara parsial terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai; 3) untuk mengetahui mana diantara variabel motivasi dan kemampuan yang mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Batu. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah 1) variabel motivasi  dan kemampuan  secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai; 2) variabel motivasi  dan kemampuan  secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai; 3) variabel  kemampuan berpengaruh secara dominan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Batu.Hasil Penelitian menyebutkan bahwa Motivasi dan Kemampuan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Prestasi Kerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Batu. Kemudian Motivasi dan Kemampuan secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Prestasi Kerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Batu. Selanjutnya Kemampuan berpengaruh dominan terhadap Prestasi kerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Batu. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Kemampuan, Prestasi Kerja

Abstract

Competition is not only enough business retaile by offering better quality products, competitive prices, creating a sense of satisfaction and provide better services to the public or the consumer, but the main addition to creating customer satisfaction, also try to build loyalty shopping public interest. The purpose of this study to determine the impact of modern retail marketing mix towards satisfaction of interest in public expenditure and its implications on the loyalty of the public interest in shopping. Using a purposive sampling of 150 respondents was obtained. The data analysis is a technique of multiple regression analysis and simple regression. The results were obtained through the direct influence of modern retail marketing mix becara simultaneously positive and significant effect on the public interest in shopping satisfaction, but factor prices partially not have a significant effect on the satisfaction of the public interest in shopping. Satisfaction of spending the public interest to have a positive influence and loyalty are very significant to the variable interest of public expenditure. This means that the satisfaction felt by the community for shopping will increase loyalty shopping. Key words: Marketing Mix, Satisfaction, Loyalty Shopping Community Interests

Abstract

This research aims: 1) to determine the influence of motivation and ability variables simultaneously on employee job performance, 2) to determine the influence of motivation and ability variables partially on employee job performance, and 3) to determine which of the variables that have the motivation and ability of dominant influence the performance of the employees at the Department of Education City of Stone. The hypothesis of this study were 1) variable motivation and the ability to simultaneously influence the performance of the employee, 2) variable motivation and ability to partially affect the performance of the employee, 3) the dominant variables affect the ability of the employees work performance at the Rock City Department of Education.Research states that motivation and the ability to simultaneously influence the achievement of Education Office of Labor officials Stone. Abstract

The terrazzo industry is an industry that has long been developing. Although it was sunk by the rise of ceramic materials, but recently terrazzo began to rise again. Its products are developing not only as floor coverings but also as wall coverings, kitchen tables, sinks and bathtubs. CV. Sari Hutan in Campurdarat Subdistrict, Tulungagung Regency, produces terrazzo raw materials from natural stones, namely marble, onyx and siolite. This business produces various types of terrazzo with the main raw material from natural stone waste. This industry is unique because not many have this kind of business and the product has a large export potential. This is based on the products produced by consumers both domestically and abroad, including France. Consumer interest in this product because it has exclusivity is the embodiment of a product that is customized and stylish. From the results of the situation analysis, it was found that the most urgent problem was the production capacity of SMEs that had not been optimal in meeting market demand. This is related to production support tools that are still not efficient. The process of grinding and sifting natural stones to produce broken marble, natural stone as the main raw material for terrazzo has not been optimal. The solution is to make production support tools more effective and efficient to produce more quality terrazzo. The main work of this activity is to produce a three-level excentric type vibrating screen, which is an automatic sieve used for the process of sifting marble granules, natural stones that are more effective and efficient. The results of engine efficiency calculation are vibrating screen excentric type Compared to the previous machine in terms of production capacity, electricity costs, the size of the grain produced, the terazo material produced has an average efficiency of 150%.

Abstract

Peran Pos PAUD bagi masyarakat sangat signifikan karena dikelola dengan prinsip“dari, oleh dan untuk masyarakat”, yang dibentuk dan dikelola dengan azaz gotongroyong, kerelaan, dan kebersamaan sehingga berpotensi untuk berkembang menjadiPAUD. Akan tetapi Pos Paud yang ada di RW wilayah Kelurahan Merjosari Malangluput dari perhatian stakeholder yang terkait karena prakteknya masih menemuibanyak kendala. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana.Oleh karena itu, diperlukan adanya kerjasama antar pihak, agar Pos PAUD tersebutbisa kualitas dan dapat bersaing dengan Pos PAUD lainnya, meskipun sebagaiorganisasi atau lembaga pendidikan yang non formal. Kegiatan IbM ini dilakukan olehTim Pengabdi dengan tujuan untuk memberikan solusi alternatif terhadap beberapapermasalahan yang dihadapi oleh dua Pos PAUD di wilayah Kelurahan MerjosariMalang. Hasil yang dicapai dalam pelaksanaan Iptek Bagi Masyarakat (IbM) adalahberupa alat peraga edukatif/APE motorik kasar (outdoor), pagar besi, meja dan kursiwarna warni standard untuk siswa usia dini kususnya Pos Paud, loker warna warni,lemari arsip untuk menyimpan dan mengamankan dokumen dokumen, kursi guru, mejapentas kreasi siswa, pelatihan manajemen pengelolaan dan pengembangan organisasidengan konsep POAC. Adapun kegiatan ini berkelanjutan pada capaian alat peragaedukatif/APE motorik halus ( indoor), pelatihan dan pendampingan tatakelolaadministrasi keuangan oraganisasi , serta pembuatan buku panduan ISBN tentangManajemen Pengelolaan dan pengembangan Organisasi berbasis Planning,Organizing, Actuating and Controlling (POAC).Kata Kunci: alat peraga edukatif motorik, pos PAUD, POAC

Abstract

Abstract?This research aims to map the internal and external condition of SMEs in supply chain performance of tourism sector and determines the effective strategy to increase the human resource performance for each region. This research was conducted in East Java that has the most SMEs in Indonesia. Sampling was done in two stages, namely (1) selecting districts and (2) selecting MSMEs. The results of the sampling process were taken by 20 MSMEs in each district selected as a sample. SWOT was used as an analysis tool in this study. Malang Regency has the most unique conditions, namely strong internal conditions, but has considerable challenges. The models presented in this paper give an informed insight and understanding of the dynamic changes that can transform SMEs within their supply chain relationships.

Abstract

Tingkat efisien atau tidak efisien penggunaan modal erja pada produk pegadaian menjadi fokus dalam penelitian ini. Alat analisis yang digunakan meliputi rasio likuiditas, rasio aktivitas, rasio laverage dan rasio rentabilitas. Hasil perhitungan bahwa rasio likuiditas tahun 2007 sampai dengan tahun 2010 menunjukkan likuiditas perusahaan tidak stabil, tidak efisien artinya ada kewajiban keuangan lain yang masih belum terpenuhi pada waktunya. Jika ditinjau dari segi profitabilitas yaitu kemampuan perusahan dalam menghasilkan laba belum tentu dikatakan efisien, karena semakin banyak perusahaan menyimpan uang kas di tangan berarti semakin banyak dana yang menganggur. Hasil perhitungan rasio aktivitas perputaran piutang tahun 2007 sampai dengan tahun 2010 di nilai efisien. Karena dalam jangka waktu yang ditentukan oleh perusahaan perputaran uang pinjaman dari nasabah telah kembali.Sedangkan perputaran modal kerja dari tahun 2007 sampai dengan 2010 sudah efisien, artinya kemampuan dana yang tertanam dalam modal kerja berputar di perusahaan sudah efisien sesuai dengan apa yang di harapkan perusahaan.Demikian hasil rasio laverage bahwa kemampuan perusahaan dalam memenuhi semua kewajiban keuangannya dinilai efisien karena jumlah dari total aktiva tahun 2007 sampai dengan tahun 2010 lebih besar dibanding dengan jumlah total hutangnya. Kondisi Rentabilitas tahun 2007 sampai dengan 2010 menunjukkan perusahaan efisien karena kemampuan perusahaan dengan seluruh modal yang bekerja di dalamnya untuk menghasilkan laba masih stabil. Rentabilitas lebih penting dari masalah laba, karena laba yang besar belumlah merupakan ukuran bahwa perusahaan itu telah dapat bekerja secara efisien

Abstract

Tujuan - Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan strategi pengembangan kinerja sumber daya manusia pada UMKM di Kota Malang melalu implementasti analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, dan Treatments). Desain/Metodelogi/Pendikatan – Penelitian ini menggunakan SWOT analisis. SWOT dapat menjadi alat yang digdaya dan mampu mengeksplorasi kemungkinan-kemungkinan perencanaan strategi baru maupun memulai program yang baru Temuan - Hasil menunjukkan indikator Strength yang paling tinggi adalah S5 (Pelayanan) yaitu sebesar 4.20. Sementara itu, indikator Weakness yang paling tinggi adalah W4 (Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia), yaitu sebesar 3.20. Kemudian indikator Opportunity yang paling tinggi adalah O1 (Oleh-oleh khas daerah) dan O5 (Bahan Baku) yaitu sebesar 4. Sementara itu, indikator Threat yang paling tinggi adalah T3 (Pesaing pendatang baru), yaitu sebesar 2.3. Kemudian untuk lokasi titik potong A, B, C, dan D, yaitu titik E, berada kuadran I (Strategi agresif). Dengan demikian, analisis SWOT terhadap UMKM di Kota Malang menunjukkan posisi yang bagus, sehingga dapat diterapkan strategi SO.
