Abstract

.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh  metode token economy terhadap disiplin anak usia dini di Taman Kanak-kanak Islam Budi Mulia Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian quasi experiment. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan test perbuatan, menggunakan 4 butir instrumen pernyataan. Teknik analisis membandingkan perbedaan dari dua rata-rata nilai, sehingga dilakukan dengan uji t (t-tes). Namun sebelum itu terlebih dahulu melakukan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Berdasarkan perhitungan uji-t (t-test) diperoleh thitung 2,3728 sedangkan ttabel pada taraf signifikan α 0,05 adalah 2,07387 sehingga thitung> ttabel. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode token economy memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin anak usia dini di Taman Kanak-kanak Islam Budi Mulia Padang. Kata Kunci : Token Economy; Disiplin  This study aims to determine the effect of token economy methods on early childhood discipline in Islamic Kindergarten Budi Mulia Padang.
