PENGARUH PENGETAHUAN WIRAUSAHA DAN KEPERCAYAAN DIRI TERHADAP MINAT BERWIRAUSAHA SISWA KELAS XI JURUSAN PEMASARAN SMK NEGERI 2 SEMARANG TAHUN AJARAN 2014/2015

Abstract

Seseorang dikatakan memiliki minat berwirausaha yang tinggi dapat dilihat dari berbagai aspek kepribadianseperti watak, sikap dan perilaku seseorang. Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian seberapa besar pengaruhpengetahuan wirausaha dan keprcayaan diri terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XI jurusan pemasaranSMK Negeri 2 Semarang baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 104siswa yang keseluruhanya yaitu kelas XI jurusan pemasaran SMK Negeri 2 Semarang, karena penelitian inimerupakan penelitian populasi sehingga semua populasi dijadikan sempel penelitian. Metode pengumpulan datamenggunakan angket, dokumentasi dan tes. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskripsi persentase dan analisisregresi berganda. Berdasarkan analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 0,156 + 0,252X1 +0,443X2. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh hasil secara parsial pengetahuan wirausaha berpengaruh positif terhadapminat berwirausaha sebesar 21,16% dan kepercayaan diri berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausahasebesar 13,24%, sedangkan secara simultan pengetahuan wirausaha dan kepercayaan diri secara bersama-samamempengaruhi minat berwirausaha sebesar 47,2% selebihnya 52,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidakditeliti dalam penelitian ini.Someone is said to have a high interest in entrepreneurship can be viewed from various aspects such as the character'spersonality, attitude and behavior. The formulation of the problem in the study of how much the influence of students’entrepreneurial knowledge and self confidence has on their interest in entrepreneurship in the case of eleventh grader student ofmarketing program in SMK Negeri 2 Semarang either simultaneously or partially. The Population in this research is 104students from eleventh grader marketing program of SMK Negeri 2 Semarang, because this research is population study so thatall the population is made as sample of the study. Methods of data collection are questionnaires, documentation and test. Thedata is analyzed using percentage descriptions and multiple regression analysis. Based on the multiple linear regression wasobtained that regression equation Y = 0,156 + 0,252X1 + 0,443X2. Hypothesis test results obtained partial results ofentrepreneurial knowledge positive effect on entrepreneurship interest of 21,16% and a positive effect on the confidence of13,24% interest in entrepreneurship, while simultaneously entrepreneurial knowledge and confidence together affect the interestin entrepreneurship by 47,2% remaining 52,8% is influenced by other factors that is not examined in this study.
