Abstract

Abstract

Correspondence analysis is a technique of data presentation between rows, between columns and between rows and columns of contingency tables (twoway which can then be extended to multi-way contingency table) at a smalldimensional vector space and optimal. This analysis is also designed to be used in the development of groupings that represent the data frequency. The purpose of this analysis is to determine the relevant attributes that meet the perceived similarity between objects MP, MTC and MaRI, as well as the flagship of the categories of variables determining the attributes and object categories. The data used in this study is the primary data using a questionnaire research instrument. The results of correspondence analysis found that the MP has the advantage of the diversity of the counter (25%), and the architecture of the building gives the percentage of 20% compared to the other. Later in the MTC has the advantage in a row on the location and condition of access to toilet facilities with a large percentage of 22% and 21%. MaRI has the advantage of very high compared to the MP and MTC in terms of access to the location with the percentage of 33%. Results The study concluded that if you want to find a quality product and a counter that varies with the architecture satisfying the MP is the right choice to visit, where the level of satisfaction about the quality of its products by 65%, the diversity of the counter by 75% and 78% of building architecture, but if you want to feel the atmosphere of peace and security both inside the mall, the MTC is a fitting choice for the enjoy, where the percentage of MTCs satisfaction in terms of composure by 27% and 28% security.

Abstract

Objective: To compare the laceration extension between median and mediolateral episiotomy in women with perineal body sized more than 2.5 cm. Method: A single‐blind RCT study was conducted on 104 women receiving median episiotomy and 104 women receiving mediolateral episiotomy at Dr. M. Djamil Hospital Padang and Reksodiwiryo Military Hospital Padang. Result: There was no difference in laceration extension in both groups, but pain in the first 24 hours and pain after day 14 was higher on mediolateral group than the median group (p=0.005 and p=0.008, respectively). Conclusion: There is no difference in terms of laceration extension between median and mediolateral episiotomy, but the pain is higher in the mediolateral group. Abstract

Abstract

Soybean is an alternative stapple food which use by all people in Indonesia. However, domestic soybean production does not meet the needs of the national soybean. To meetthe needs done, it important to assemble the soybean breeding to improved the noblevarieties. Plant breeding is largely determined by the ability of breeders to select.Selection can be done by estimating the correlation coefficient between thecomponents of the results and outcomes. To determine the causal relationship betweenyield and yield components used path analysis. Path analysis of correlation coefficientwill break into the direct and indirect influence. The purpose of this study are todetermine (1) the correlation between the components of the results and outcomes; (2)direct and indirect influence between the components of the results and outcomes. Theexperiment was conducted from March to July 2014 in field trials of POLINELA(Lampung State Polytechnic) and in Seed Laboratory of University of Lampung.Soybean seed used is the result of crossing Wilis F6 generation x B3570. Treatmentarranged in a perfect randomized group design with two replications. The results ofcorrelation analysis showed correlation great and positive value indicated by thecomponent total number of pods per plant and grain weight per plant (0.80 *),hundred grain weight and grain weight per plant (0.72 *), and the number ofproductive branches and grain weight per plant (0.57 *). Results of the analysisshowed cross large direct effect on the character of the total number of pods per plantto grain weight per plant (0.89), which is almost as large as the correlation (0.80 *).Then the correlation coefficient was actually measure the degree of closeness of theirrelationship. Therefore, the selection is based on the total number of pods will be veryeffective to get genotype expectations that have high yields. Keywords: Soybean, Selection, correlation, analysis of cross

Abstract

This study aims to determine the best seed quality from fifteen lots of soybean seeds that are stored for up to six months using pepper powder and without using pepper powder. The treatment was applied in a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) which was repeated three times. The combination of treatments derived from three varieties, namely Anjasmoro, Gerobogan, and Burangrang combined with 5 SP-36 fertilizer doses, namely 0, 100, 150, 200, and 250 kg / ha. The experiment consisted of two experiments. Experiment 1, the fifteen lots of seeds were stored without pepper powder. Experiment 2, the fifteen lots of seeds were ground with pepper in their storage. Storage at room temperature ranges from 28-30oC in the Seed and Plant Breeding Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Lampung in October 2017 to April 2018 The results showed that the combination treatment of Burangrang varieties with SP-36 250 kg / ha fertilizer stored without pepper powder or pepper powder was able to maintain its higher quality compared to other treatment combinations after being stored for up to six months Key words: Fertilizer, pepper powder, soybean, storage, variety
