<![CDATA[This research was conducted in SMA Negeri 1 Gunung Sugih with the objective to find out there is an effect or no in cooperative learning technique "exchanging greeting type question" at the students' motivation of history lesson. The method which used is experimental research method with the postest only control group design. The data collecting tehnique was used by observation and questionnaire. The data which had been collected then was treated manually by using correlation theta formula. The result of data analysis showed that there is an effect in cooperative learning technique "exchanging greeting type question" at the students' motivation of history lesson.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 Gunung Sugih dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidak pengaruh teknik pembelajaran kooperatif tipe berkirim salam dan soal terhadap motivasi belajar sejarah siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian eksperimen dengan desain Postest Only Control Group. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan Angket. Data yang telah terkumpul selanjutnya diolah secara manual menggunakan rumus korelasi Theta. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh teknik pembelajaran kooperatif tipe berkirim salam dan soal terhadap motivasi belajar sejarah siswa.Kata kunci : berkirim salam dan soal, motivasi, sejarah]]>
