<![CDATA[This study examines the application of madrasah-based management in improving the quality of madrasah at MTs Ma'arif Sempor, Kebumen Regency. This research belongs to the type of qualitative research with the research subject at MTs Ma'arif Sempor Kebumen. Methods of data collection using the technique of documentation, observation, interviews. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model. The results of the study concluded that: 1) madrasah autonomy in improving the quality of madrasah used eight national standards; 2) madrasah participation in improving the quality of madrasah by using the efforts of committees, communities, and madrasah residents; 3) the leadership of the madrasah principal is divided into five of them: the madrasah head as a motivator, the madrasah head as an innovator, the madrasah head as an educator, the madrasah head as a supervisor, the madrasah head as a leader; 4) Teamwork carried out by madrasah is to collaborate with several stakeholders.]]>
