Abstract

This study examines the application of madrasah-based management in improving the quality of madrasah at MTs Ma'arif Sempor, Kebumen Regency. This research belongs to the type of qualitative research with the research subject at MTs Ma'arif Sempor Kebumen. Methods of data collection using the technique of documentation, observation, interviews. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model. The results of the study concluded that: 1) madrasah autonomy in improving the quality of madrasah used eight national standards; 2) madrasah participation in improving the quality of madrasah by using the efforts of committees, communities, and madrasah residents; 3) the leadership of the madrasah principal is divided into five of them: the madrasah head as a motivator, the madrasah head as an innovator, the madrasah head as an educator, the madrasah head as a supervisor, the madrasah head as a leader; 4) Teamwork carried out by madrasah is to collaborate with several stakeholders.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the leadership of the madrasah principal in learning management during the covid-19 pandemic at MTs An Nawawi 03 Kebumen. This research is qualitative research. The subject in this study was the principal of MTs An Nawawi 03 Kebumen. Data were obtained through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out with the stages of data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The result of this study is that the head of the madrasa manages learning during the covid-19 pandemic well. It is proven by the ongoing process of teaching and learning activities. Learning activities are carried out using several applications for liaison between teachers and students at MTs An Nawawi 03 Kebumen.

Abstract

The essence of transformation is changing potential into real energy. Madrasah heads who are able to carry out leadership transformations mean they can turn their institutions into energy to improve the quality of educational processes and output. The aims of this research are (1) to describe and analyze the transformational leadership of madrasa heads at MTs Ma'arif NU 1 Sumpiuh Banyumas, and (2) to describe and analyze the leadership of madrasa heads in improving the quality of education through transformational leadership at MTs Ma'arif NU 1 Sumpiuh Banyumas. This research is qualitative research using pedagogical, management and theological approaches. The primary data was obtained from the madrasa head, teachers, administrative staff, and related parties in the madrasa as well as the community who have been helping the madrasa in community development, while the secondary data was obtained from books, the internet, and other sources deemed relevant to the problems studied. Data was collected through observation techniques, interviews and documentation studies. This research found that the leadership of the head of MTs Ma'arif 1 NU Sumpiuh Banyumas in carrying out the main tasks is a democratic leader, indications of which can be seen from the description of the main tasks, strategies, actions and active, dynamic and directed madrasah programs that try to utilize every people for the benefit of the progress and development of the madrasah. The transformational leadership of madrassa heads has had a positive impact on improving the quality of education, although there are still several weaknesses that need to be corrected and require better strategies from madrasah heads in carrying out their main duties, especially in overcoming the problem of the community's lack of interest in sending their children to MTs Ma'arif NU 1 Sumpiuh Banyumas. The final implication of this research is the importance of the madrasa head as a leader to always carry out his main duties optimally in order to improve the quality of education in the madrasa. For this purpose, madrasah heads must be able to mobilize madrasah resources, in relation to planning and evaluating madrasah programs, curriculum development, learning, personnel management, learning facilities and resources, finance, student services, madrasah with the community and creating a madrasah climate

Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan program full day school sebagai Upaya peningkatan mutu Pendidikan di Sekolah Dasar Islam Al Hikmah Sempor. Desain penelitian studi kasus digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Seluruh stakeholder sekolah menjadi partisipan penelitian. Data diperoleh dengan cara melakukan wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Data diuji keabsahannya melalui teknik triangulasi. Data dianalisis dengan kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi/penarikan Kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian membuktikan bahwa pelaksanaan program full day school telah dilakukan melalui beberapa program, yaitu kesiswaan, kurikulum dan pembelajaran, pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, keuangan dan pembiayaan, sarana dan prasarasana, peran masyarakat dan kemitraan, budaya dan lingkungan sekolah, serta perencanaan manajemen. Setiap program telah meraih rata-rata pencapaian yang maksimal, kecuali program keuangan dan pembiayaan terfokus pada pengelolaan keuangan dengan pemerintah, swasta, dan DUDI. Temuan ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan program full day school di SD Al Hikmah Sempor telah berjalan dengan maksimal.
