<![CDATA[Penelitian bertujuan menghasilkan sebuah produk yang berupa pedoman observasi bagi guru bimbingan dan konseling untuk mengidentifikasi anak berkesulitan membaca (disleksia). Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development. Tujuan research and development adalah menghasilkan sebuah produk tertentu dan menguji keefektifan dari sebuah produk. Tahapan-tahapan pengembangan pedoman observasi adalah (1) potensi masalah, (2) pengumpulan data, (3) desain produk, (4) validasi desain, dan (5) uji coba pemakaian. Hasil validitas pedoman observasi adalah 0.79 (tinggi) dan tingkat reliabilitas 0.58 (sedang). Abstract: This study aims to produce a product in the form of an observation guide for guidance and counselling teachers to identify children with reading difficulties (dyslexia). The method used is Research and Development. The purpose of research and development is to produce a certain product and test its effectiveness of a product. The stages of developing observational guidelines are (1) potential problems, (2) data collection, (3) product design, (4) design validation, and (5) usage trials. The results of the validity of the observation guidelines are 0.79 (high) and the level of reliability is 0.58 (medium).]]>
