Abstract

Profile Of Independence Learning Students And Their Implications For The Program Of Learning Guidance. This study aims to find a picture of the learning independence of class IX students in the 2019/2020 school year at SMPN 3 Serang City. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The research subjects were 159 students of class IX in the 2019/2020 school year that were randomly selected. The instrument used was a student learning independence questionnaire. The results showed the level of learning independence of class IX students in the 2019/2020 school year at SMPN 3 Serang City in the low category with a percentage of 17.61% by 28 students, the medium category with a percentage of 64.78% by 103 students, a high category with a percentage of 17.61% by 28 students . After knowing the picture of students' learning independence, a study guidance program is arranged based on the results of the research obtained. The tutoring program is expected to be able to help students to overcome the learning difficulties they face, and to develop effective ways of learning, so that students' learning independence can be improved. Keywords: Learning Independence, Program of Learning Guidance

Abstract

This article aims to describe the self-awareness of Baduy nonoman (adolescents). This article uses a literature review method. Literature is obtained from various articles. The analysis unit in this article is written documents about self-awareness research in the form of journal articles and research reports through an online journal database. "Self-awareness" and "nonoman-baduy" are used as keywords in the search for articles. The article is reviewed and analyzed to explain the self-awareness of Baduy nonoman. The results of the study indicate that the self-awareness of Baduy nonoman is the result of their view of life that is rooted in Sunda Wiwitan. This article contains a description of the career commitments of students in Baduy subculture.

Abstract

The aim of research is for desaigning guidance and counseling program based on description of 5th grade student’s development step in all of study program in FKIP Untirta by using Inventori Tugas Perkembangan (ITP) and Analisis Tugas Perkembangan (ATP) software. This research was held in FKIP University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Subject of this research is 5th grade of students of all study program in FKIP University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa 2019/2020 academic year. Research using descriptive quantitave methods and using Inventory Tugas Perkembangan (ITP) instrument.

Abstract

The aim of the present study was to examine the effectiveness of resilience with students of groupB in PKBM Kencana Ungu. The study posses equivalent time series quasi experimental design. The data was analyzed by using analysis of varians or ANOVA to identify the significance resilience enhance. The result provide an evidance  that bibliocounseling was effective to enhance resilience of students who was studied. Keywords: effectiveness, time series, exploration stage of career maturity, career guidance.

Abstract

Research on Profile of Achievement of Tasks of Second Semester Student Development Chemistry Study Program Teacher Training and Education Faculty of the University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa formulated a profile of student groups in eleven aspects of development. The study aims to determine the level of group development in eleven aspects of student development in the form of frequency distribution of task achievement, highest grain picture, and lowest grain picture. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research method to obtain an empirical picture. The study population was second semester students in the Chemistry  Study Program at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. The research subjects used saturated sampling techniques, namely all second semester students of the Chemistry Study Program. The tool for collecting data on the achievement profile of development tasks is the Development Task Inventory using the Development Task Analysis software or ATP version 3.5. Research results in achieving student development tasks at a thorough level. By group, the highest eight items of students are at the individualistic and thorough level. While the lowest eight items of students are at the level of self-awareness and thoroughness. Keywords: Students, development task, chemisty

Abstract

Female lecturers face various demands of the family and around their environment, the demands of work and the environment. Role one with other roles often contradicts later interferes with work, causing anxiety and stress. The research objective was to determine: (1) the level of career maturity of female lecturers, (2) husband's support, and (3) the contribution of husband's support to the career maturity of female lecturers. The technique in this study used correlation analysis and descriptive analysis. The research population of all female lecturers is 200 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the following characteristics: (1) female lecturers who have husbands, (2) female lecturers who have and care for biological children, (3) female lecturers over 3 years. The results of this study were found: (1) overall data on the support of husbands of female lecturers at FKIP Untirta by 58.6% were in the moderate category, (2) overall data on career maturity of female lecturers at FKIP Untirta was 66.9% in the moderate, and (3) Husband's support contributes to career maturity by 34.1%, the rest is influenced by other factors of 65.9%Husband's Support, Career Maturity

Abstract

This study aims to see a description of the ability of students to prepare thesis proposals for students in the sixth semester of class A of the Guidance and Counseling Department for the 2021/2022 Academic Year. The research uses a quantitative approach and descriptive method. The primary research instrument used is a quantitative approach to the assessment rubric for thesis proposals. The instrument is arranged based on the components and substance of each component that has been determined in the thesis writing guide for the Guidance and Counseling Department of FKIP Untirta. The results showed that the sixth semester students of class A Guidance and Counseling Department of FKIP Untirta had the ability to compose a thesis proposal in the moderate category with an average score of 71.43. Keywords: abilities, thesis proposals, students  Abstrak Penelitian bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran tentang kemampuan mahasiswa menyusun proposal skripsi yang dilakukan terhadap mahasiswa semester VI kelas A Jurusan Bimbingan dan Konseling Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode deskriptif.. Instrumen primer penelitian yang digunakan adalah rubrik penilaian proposal skripsi pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrumen disusun berdasarkan komponen dan substansi dari masing-masing komponen yang telah ditetapkan di dalam panduan penulisan skripsi mahasiswa Jurusan Bimbingan dan Konseling FKIP Untirta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mahasiswa semester VI kelas A Jurusan Bimbingan dan Konseling FKIP Untirta memiliki kemampuan menyusun proposal skripsi pada kategori cukup dengan nilai rata-rata 71.43. Kata Kunci: kemampuan, proposal skripsi, mahasiswa

Abstract

The aim of this research is to profile the service of Academic Advisory provides guidance for students. Research also aim to found the barriers or obstacles encountered academic adviser in providing academic guidance services. This research use quantitative approach with questionare of Academic Advisory Service, interview the students and Academic Advisory Service, observation, and documentary study. Sample in this research are students of Guidance and Counseling Program Study and lecture who have the task as Academic Advisory in Guidance and Counseling Program Study. This research found that the Academic Advisory has giving all indicator service based on Statuta of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University and Standar Operational Procedur Academic Advisory Service. But, there are seceral obstacles or constraints faced by the Advisory Academid in the service of student guidance, such as time limitation od Advisory Academic, imbalance in the ratio between the number of Advisory Academid and discipline of students in following the schedule of academic guidance.

Abstract

Abstrak.Kesulitan belajar sering dijumpai salah satunya yaitu kesulitan belajar membaca. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kesulitan belajar membaca (disleksia) pada siswa di SMP Negeri 4 Kota Serang, mengetahui faktor dominan penyebab kesulitan belajar membaca (disleksia), dan memberikan rujukan alternatif layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang dapat diberikan oleh konselor atau guru BK. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus dilakukan pada 4 orang informan. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui observasi tak terstruktur dan melalui wawancara secara langsung, semi terstruktur, dan formal. Uji keabsahan data ditegakkan melalui metode triangulasi sumber data. Adapun, analisis data menggunakan teknik reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat siswa yang mengalami kesulitan belajar membaca (disleksia) di SMP Negeri 4 Kota Serang. Faktor dominan penyebab terjadinya kesulitan belajar membaca (disleksia) adalah faktor biologis dan faktor perilaku. Faktor biologis berkaitan dengan pengalaman akan masalah kesehatan yang dialami informan dan masalah kehamilan pada ibu informan. Faktor perilaku dikaitkan dengan adanya masalah terhadap lingkungan sosial dan stres sebagai implikasi dari kesulitan belajar yang dialami. Demikian, pendekatan Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) dan pemberian metode pembelajaran multi-sensory dapat dijadikan rujukan alternatif layanan bimbingan dan konseling.

Abstract

ABSTRACTmotivated by problems in adjusting to students. The purpose of this study is to look at the level of adjustment in students, then make a program design to improve adjustment, especially in class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Petir. This type of research is quantitative research. Sampling with simple random sampling technique with a sample of 189 study students. Characteristics of this study population are male and female, aged in adolescence aged 15 to 18 years, and all grade X students who attend SMA 1 Petir. Research on adjustment is carried out by looking at four aspects, namely emotional maturity, intellectual maturity, social maturity and responsibility. The data collection technique used is to spread research instruments in the form of a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive. After the Pearson Correlation data is obtained, the results of r count are compared with r tables. If r arithmetic> r table then the instrument is declared valid. The results of the r table obtained from the significance of 5% and the number of respondents is 45, the r table obtained by 0.294. The results showed the level of adjustment experienced by students was in the medium category with a 74% presentation. After knowing the level of adjustment, the design of the program is made according to the needs that are known from the research results that have been obtained. Keywords: Self-Adjustment, Program of Social Personal Guidance ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilator belakangi oleh adanya permasalahan dalam penyesuaian diri pada peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk melihat tingkat penyesuaian diri pada peserta didik, kemudian membuat rancangan program untuk meningkatkan penyesuaian diri khususnya pada peserta didik kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Petir. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik simple Random Sampling dengan jumlah sampel penelitian 189 peserta didik. Karakteristik pada populasi penelitian ini yaitu laki-laki dan perempuan, berusia pada masa remaja umur 15 sampai 18 tahun, dan seluruh peserta didik kelas X yang bersekolah di SMA Negeri 1 Petir. Penelitian mengenai penyesuaian diri dilakukan dengan melihat dari empat aspek yaitu kematangan emosional, kematangan intelektual, kematangan sosial dan tanggung jawab. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakanya itu dengan menyebar instrument penelitian berupa angket, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Setelah data pearson corelation didapat, maka hasil r hitung dibandingkan dengan r tabel. Jika r hitung > r tabel maka intrumen dinyatakan valid. Hasil r tabel didapat dari hasil signifikansi 5% dan banyaknya responden yaitu 45 maka didapat r tabel sebesar 0,294. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tingkat penyesuaian diri yang dialami peserta didik berada pada kategori sedang dengan presentasi 74%. Setelah mengetahui tingkat penyesuaian diri, maka rancangan program dibuat sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang diketahui dari hasil penelitian yang telah didapat. Kata Kunci :Penyesuaian Diri, Program Bimbingan Pribadi Sosial
