<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Budaya saling percaya antara karyawan dan manajemen perusahaan akan menunjang kenyamanan karyawan bekerja dan akan menyebabkan karyawan menyelesaikan tugasnya dengan baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data primer digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah self report dengan menggunakan self-administered survey dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner secara langsung kepada para responden. Analisis data menggunakan model pengukuran persamaan struktural dengan software Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian mendukung hipotesis yang diajukan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja 87 karyawan PDAM Kota Madiun. Sedangkan peran mediasi kepuasan kerja adalah secara parsial.
