PENULISAN KARYA ILMIAH DAN PENELITIAN TINDAKAN KELAS BAGI GURU KB/TK UNTUK PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI GURU

Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan guru TK/KB Al Azzhar Kabupaten Malang dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan, kemampuan, dan keterampilan di bidang Penelitian Tindakan Kelas sebagai salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menghasilkan karya ilmiah yang berkualitas. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini meliputi identifikasi peserta dan target sasaran, persiapan alat dan bahan pelatihan, pemberian materi bagi peserta sasaran, pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam menghasilkan karya ilmiah. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 10 orang guru TK/KB se-Kabupaten Malang. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peserta sebanyak 10 orang tersebut mampu menerima materi tentang cara melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas dan cara membuat karya Ilmiah bagi Guru TK/KB dan peserta mampu menemukan topik ataupun masalah penelitian yang akan diteliti dalam kegiatan belajar dan mengajar di TK/KB. Kegiatan ini, 10 orang guru tersebut mampu menghasilkan karya ilmiah yang baik dan berkualitas serta mampu memberikan motivasi kepada guru-guru lainnya untuk dapat mengembangkan kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas dengan melakukan tindakan perbaikan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam menerima pelajaran di kelas.Abstract: This community service activity aims to empower Al Azzhar Kindergarten/KB teachers in Malang Regency in improving their knowledge, abilities, and skills in the field of Classroom Action Research as one of the efforts to improve the ability of teachers to produce quality scientific work. The method of implementing this community service activity includes identifying participants and target targets, preparing training tools and materials, providing material for target participants, training and mentoring in producing scientific works. This activity was attended by 10 kindergarten/KB teachers throughout Malang Regency. The results of the activity showed that 10 participants were able to receive material on how to conduct classroom action research and how to make scientific work for Kindergarten/KB teachers and participants were able to find topics or research problems to be investigated in teaching and learning activities in TK/KB. In this activity, the 10 teachers were able to produce good and quality scientific work and were able to motivate other teachers to be able to develop learning activities in the classroom by taking corrective actions in learning activities to improve students' ability to receive lessons in class.
