Abstrak: Supervisi dan evaluasi kepala sekolah merupakan hal penting yang harus ditingkatkan agar kinerja guru menjadi lebih baik lagi. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini membahas mengenai hubungan pelaksanaan supervisi dan evaluasi diri sekolah (EDS) terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri kota Serang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pelaksanaan supervisi dan Evaluasi Diri Sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, digunakan analisis deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan pada guru SMP Negeri se kota Serang dengan sampel sebanyak 227 dari 617 populasi. Selanjutnya, untuk menganalisis hubungan antar variabel digunakan pendekatan kuantitatif serta memakai rancangan deskriptif korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pelaksanaan supervisi terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,579 dengan indikator tanggung jawab, dorongan untuk berhasil, peningkatan keterampilan, dan menyukai tantangan; (2 Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara evaluasi diri sekolah terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,722 dengan indikator perencanaan, pengembangan sekolah dan manajemen berbasis sekolah; (3) Pelaksanaan supervisi dan evaluasi diri sekolah berhubungan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 75,3% dengan indikator kinerja guru kompetensi profesional, kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi sosial, dan kompetensi kepribadian. Abstract: Supervision and evaluation of school principals is an important thing that must be improved so that teacher performance becomes even better. Therefore, this article discusses the relationship between the implementation of school supervision and self-evaluation (EDS) on teacher performance at SMP Negeri Serang city. The research was conducted with the aim of knowing the relationship between the implementation of supervision and school self-evaluation on teacher performance. To achieve this goal, descriptive analysis is used. The study was conducted on teachers of SMP Negeri in Serang city with a sample of 227 of the 617 population. Furthermore, to analyze the relationship between variables, a quantitative approach is used and a descriptive correlation design is used. The results showed (1) There was a significant relationship between the implementation of supervision on teacher performance of 0.579 with indicators of responsibility, encouragement to succeed, increasing skills, and liking challenges; (2 There is a significant relationship between school self-evaluation on teacher performance of 0.722 with indicators of planning, school development, and school-based management; (3) Implementation of school supervision and self-evaluation is significantly related to teacher performance of 75.3% with teacher competency performance indicators professional competence, pedagogic competence, social competence, and personality competence.
