<![CDATA[Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Slipform Indonesia Makassar. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, koefisien determinasi, koefisien korelasi, uji-t dan uji F. Hasil perhitungan regresi berganda menyatakan kompetensi dan motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selanjutnya secara parsial variabel kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sementara variabel motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
