<![CDATA[The relationship between social support carerr decisions self-efficacy in high schooll students. This study is a correlational study that to determine the relationship between carerr decision making self-efficacy and social support in class XII students of SMA N 1 Sutera Pesisir Selatan. The research design used is correlational quantitative. The population of the study was class XII students of SMA N 1 Sutera Pesisir Selatan. The total sampling technique was collected with a sample of 50 people. This research uses the scale of career decision making self-efficacy from Betz, and the social support scale is from Zimet. Data analysis technique used product moment correlation from Karl Pearson. The results of the study found an interaction coefficient (r) of 0.282 and p = 0.047 (p <0.05) which showed a significant positive relationship between social support and career decisions making self-efficacy.Hubungan social support dengan carreer decision making self-efficacy pada siswa SMA. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara career decision making self efficacy dengan social support pada siswa kelas XII SMA N 1 Sutera Pesisir Selatan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitafif korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas XII SMA N 1 Sutera Pesisir Selatan. Teknik pengumpulan sampel total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 50 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala career decision self-efficacy Betz, dan skala social support dari Zimet. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan korelasi product moment dari Karl Pearson. Hasil penelitian menemukan koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,282 dan p = 0,047 (p <0,05) yang menunjukkan hubungan positif siginifikan antara social support dengan career decision making self efficacy ]]>
