HUBUNGAN ANTARA SELF REGULATED LEARNING DENGAN PRESTASI AKADEMIK PADA MAHASISWA PSIKOLOGI

Abstract

Abstract: Relationship self regulated learning and academic achievement in psychology students. This study aims to see the relationship between Self Regulated Learning and Academic Achievement in Psychology Students of UNP. The data obtained were analyzed using Product Moment correlation technique. The population in this study were psychology students of UNP in Bukittinggi with a sample of Psychology students in 2014 - 2017 with 215 subjects selected using the Proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Based on the results of testing hypotheses obtained the value of R2 = 0.135 and p = 0.049 (p <0.05) so that the results showed that there was a positive relationship between Self Regulated Learning and Academic Achievement in Psychology Students of UNP. This means that the higher the self regulated learning in Psychology students of UNP, the higher the academic achievement, and vice versa.Keywords: self regulated learning, academic achievement, Psychology students of UNP. Abstrak: hubungan antara self regulated learning dengan prestasi akademik pada mahasiswa Psikologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara Self Regulated Learning dengan Prestasi Akademik pada Mahasiswa Psikologi UNP. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik korelasi Product Moment. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Psikologi UNP dengan sampel mahasiswa Psikologi tahun 2014 – 2017 sebanyak 215 subjek yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik Proportionate stratified random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh nilai R2= 0,135 dan p= 0,049 (p< 0,05) sehingga hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara Self Regulated Learning dengan Prestasi Akademik pada Mahasiswa Psikologi UNP. Hal ini berarti semakin tinggi self regulated learning pada mahasiswa Psikologi UNP maka akan semakin tinggi prestasi akademik, begitu pula sebaliknya.Kata kunci: self regulated learning, prestasi akademik, mahasiswa Psikologi UNP
