HUBUNGAN ANTARA BRAND IMAGE DENGAN LOYALITAS KONSUMEN PRODUK LIPSTICK WARDAH

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between brand image with consumer loyalty in product lipstick wardah on students of Campus V at State University of Padang. This research uses quantitative methods with research design using quantitative correlational. The population in this study were students of Campus V at State University of Padang with 98 students. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data collection tool using scale of brand image and consumer loyalty.Data analysis using Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The results showed that there was a very significant positive relationship between brand image and consumer loyalty of products lipstick wardah on students of Campus V UNP (r = 0.797; p = 0,000).Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara brand image dengan loyalitas konsumen produk lipstick wardah pada mahasiswi Kampus V Universitas Negeri Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswi Kampus V Universitas Negeri Padang dengan jumlah subjek 98 mahasiswi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan skala brand image dan loyalitas konsumen. Analisis data menggunakan Product Moment Correlation Coefisien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara brand image dengan loyalitas konsumen produk lipstik wardah pada mahasiswi Kampus V UNP (r=0,797; p = 0,000).
