Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Lingkungan Kerja Dan Efektifitas Program Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (Bos) Terhadap Kinerja Guru

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Gugus SD Inpres Ujung Katinting Kecamatan Pa’jukukang Kabupaten Bantaeng. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Efektuvitas Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) terhadap Kinerja Guru di Gugus SD Inpres Ujung Katinting Kecamatan Pa’jukukang Kabupaten Bantaeng. Data penelitian di.peroleh melalui survey pada semua guru yang berada Gugus SD Inpres Ujung Katinting Kecamatan Pa’jukukang Kabupaten Bantaeng, yaitu berjumlah 61 orang.Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert yang dibagikan kepada seluruh responden penelitian.Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan perangkat lunak SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa (1) Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan efektivitas program BOS berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di Gugus SD Inpres Ujung katinting Kecamatan Pa’jukukang Kabupaten Bantaeng. Sedangkan lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di Gugus SD Inpres Ujung katinting Kecamatan Pa’jukukang Kabupaten Bantaeng (2) Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, lingkungan kerja dan efektivitas program BOS berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di Gugus SD Inpres Ujung katinting Kecamatan Pa’jukukang Kabupaten Bantaeng (3) Variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru (Y) yaitu efektivitas program BOS. Penulis mengharapkan Kepala sekolah selaku pemimpin harusnya memiliki kemampuan hubungan kemanusiaan yang baik; Lingkungan kerja sekolah merupakan tempat kedua selain keluarga dalam pembentukan karakter dan pribadi anak. Sehingga perlu lebih diperhatikan; Dana BOS diharapkan dapat dikelola secara transparan dan akuntabel. This research was conducted at the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Principal's Leadership Style, Work Environment, and Effectiveness of School Operational Assistance (BOS) on Teacher Performance in the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency. The research data was obtained through a survey of all teachers who were in the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency, which amounted to 61 people. The data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was distributed to all research respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with SPSS 26 software. The results of this study indicate that (1) the principal's leadership and the effectiveness of the BOS program affect the performance of teachers in the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Inpres Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency. While the work environment does not affect the performance of teachers in the Ujung Katinting Inpres Elementary School Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency (2) Principal leadership, work environment and the effectiveness of the BOS program affect the performance of teachers in the Ujung Katinting Inpres Elementary School Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency ( 3) The most dominant variable affecting teacher performance (Y) is the effectiveness of the BOS program. The author hopes that the principal as a leader should have good human relations skills; The school work environment is the second place besides the family in the formation of children's character and personality. So it needs more attention; BOS funds are expected to be managed in a transparent and accountable manner.
