Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini Efektivitas Kinerja Pegawai Dalam Penggunaan Sistem Kearsipan Berbasis Elektronik Di Dinas Perpustakaan Dan Kearsipan Daerah Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe,. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi langsung dan wawancara dan juga bukti dokumentasi penelitian analisis data ini menggunakan tringulasi.Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan pengenai Efektivitas Kinerja Pegawai Dalam Penggunaan Sistem Kearsipan Berbasis Elektronik Di Dinas Perpustakaan Dan Kearsipan Daerah Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe peneliti menyimpulkan:Kemampuan menyesuaikan diri para pegawai dalam penggunaan sistem kearsipan berbasis elektronik di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Daerah Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe sudah efektif.Prestasi kerja pegawai setelah penggunaan sistem kearsipan berbasis elektronik di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Daerah Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe sesuai dengan pengukuran kinerja sudah efektif sebagaiman yang dikemukakan oleh M.Steers (1980).Kepuasan kerja pegawai dalam penggunaan sistem kearsipan berbasis elektronik di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Daerah Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe sudah sesuai dengan pengukuran kinerja sudah efektif sebagaiman yang dikemukakan oleh M.Steers (1980).Kualitas pelayanan pegawai dalam penggunaan sistem kearsipan berbasis elektronik di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Daerah Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe sudah sesuai dengan pengukuran kinerja sudah efektif sebagaiman yang dikemukakan oleh M.Steers (1980).Penilaian Oleh Pihak Luar, dalam penggunaan sistem kearsipan berbasis elektronik di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Daerah Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe sudah sesuai dengan pengukuran kinerja sudah efektif sebagaiman yang dikemukakan oleh M.Steers (1980). Kata Kunci : Efektivitas Kinerja, Kinerja Pegawai, Penggunaan Sistem Kearsipan Abstract The purpose of this study is the effectiveness of employee performance in the use of electronic-based filing systems at the Regional Library and Archives Service, Sangihe Islands Regency. This research method uses descriptive qualitative method by using data collection by direct observation and interviews and also evidence of research documentation, this data analysis uses triangulation. Based on the results and discussion regarding the Effectiveness of Employee Performance in the Use of Electronic-Based Archiving Systems at the Regional Library and Archives Service of the Sangihe Islands Regency, the researchers concluded: The ability to adapt employees in the use of electronic-based archiving systems at the Regional Library and Archives Service of the Sangihe Islands Regency has been effective. employee work after the use of an electronic-based filing system at the Regional Archives and Library Service of the Sangihe Islands Regency according to the performance measurement has been effective as stated by M.Steers (1980). Employee job satisfaction in the use of an electronic-based archiving system at the Regency Library and Archives Service The Sangihe Islands are in accordance with the effective performance measurement as stated by M. Steers (1980). The quality of employee service in the use of electronic-based filing systems at the Library and The Regional Archives of the Sangihe Islands Regency are in accordance with the effective performance measurement as stated by M. Steers (1980). Assessment by External Parties, in the use of an electronic-based archiving system at the Regional Archives and Library Service of the Sangihe Islands Regency is in accordance with the performance measurement has been effective as stated by M.
