The existence of trees along the river is very important because they can become water catchments, protectors and soil retainers when the rainy season arrives. The purpose of the socialization of planting and maintaining trees is to minimize the occurrence of erosion along the watershed (DAS) in Jeruk Hamlet, Melati Village 2, Perbaungan, Serdang Bedagai.  The socialization of panting and maintaining trees went smoothly. The planting of 50 tree seedlings was carried out at 50 different points along the watershed (DAS) in Jeruk Hamlet.
