The objective of research was to find out (1) the impact of On-the-Job Training to the work readiness in the 12th grade of Office Administration Skill Program in SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta in the school year of 2016/2017, (2) the impact of Self-Efficacy to the work readiness in the 12th grade of Office Administration Skill Program in SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta in the school year of 2016/2017, and (3) the impact of On-the-Job Training and Self Efficacy to the work readiness in the 12th grade of Office Administration Skill Program in SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta in the school year of 2016/2017. This study employed a descriptive quantitative research method with the population consisting of 89 students and the sampling technique used with simple random sampling with 47 students being the sample. Techniques of collecting data used were: questionnaire and document. Data analysis in this research was carried out using a multiple linear regression analysis technique, with the result of linear regression equation Ŷ= 18.149 + 0.355X1 + 0.309X2. Considering the result of research, the following conclusions could be drawn. (1) There was a significant impact of On-the-Job Training to the work readiness in the 12th grade of Office Administration Skill Program in SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta in the school year of 2016/2017 with the tstatistic value > ttable or 3.111 > 2.021; (2) There was a significant impact of Self Efficacy to the work readiness in the 12th grade of Office Administration Skill Program in SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta in the school year of 2016/2017 with the tstatistic value > ttable or 2.107 > 2.021; (3) There was a significant impact of On-the-Job Training and Self Efficacy to the work readiness in the 12th grade of Office Administration Skill Program in SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta in the school year of 2016/2017 with the Fstatistic value > Ftable or 9.442 > 4.08.
