Abstract

Perubahan industri media mengalami perubahan seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Media baru kini menjadi salah satu alternatif saluran penyebaran pesan yang tidak hanya bisa dilakukan oleh perusahaan media saja, tetapi juga oleh individu. Lebih lanjut, secara global maupun nasional, terjadi pertumbuhan cukup pesat dalam hal pengguna internet serta media sosial. Ini merupakan sebuah peluang yang bisa dimanfaatkan dalam berbagai bidang, salah satunya untuk meningkatkan potensi ekonomi daerah. Di beberapa wilayah di Indonesia, masih cukup banyak beberapa wilayah, secara spesifik desa, yang belum mengoptimalkan media baru untuk mendukung peningkatan potensi ekonomi, salah satunya adalah Desa Hadiluwih di kecamatan Sumberlawang, kabupaten Sragen. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, maka tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat dari Research Group Komunikasi Strategik dari Program studi Ilmu Komunikasi Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Politik (FISIP) Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta memillih desa Hadiluwih sebagai lokasi kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan target sasaran anggota karang taruna desa tersebut. Bentuk kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah workshop tentang citizen journalism yang dikaitkan dengan peningkatan potensi ekonomi desa. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pemberian materi berupa informasi dan pengetahuan terkait media sosial, potensi ekonomi daerah dan teknik citizen journalism. Pemberian materi dilakukan dengan memberikan ceramah dan tanya jawab. Selain itu, metode lain yang digunakan adalah diskusi dan pendampingan, utamanya yang berkaitan dengan teknis kegiatan memetakan potensi ekonomi daerah dan penulisan konten. Secara umum, kegiatan workshop berjalan dengan lancar, di mana para peserta workshop sudah mampu memetakan potensi ekonomi daerah mereka dan memproduksi konten yang dipublikasikan melalui media sosial Instagram.

Abstract

The objective of research was to find out (1) the impact of On-the-Job Training to the work readiness in the 12th grade of Office Administration Skill Program in SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta in the school year of 2016/2017, (2) the impact of Self-Efficacy to the work readiness in the 12th grade of Office Administration Skill Program in SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta in the school year of 2016/2017, and (3) the impact of On-the-Job Training and Self Efficacy to the work readiness in the 12th grade of Office Administration Skill Program in SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta in the school year of 2016/2017. This study employed a descriptive quantitative research method with the population consisting of 89 students and the sampling technique used with simple random sampling with 47 students being the sample. Techniques of collecting data used were: questionnaire and document. Data analysis in this research was carried out using a multiple linear regression analysis technique, with the result of linear regression equation Ŷ= 18.149 + 0.355X1 + 0.309X2. Considering the result of research, the following conclusions could be drawn. (1) There was a significant impact of On-the-Job Training to the work readiness in the 12th grade of Office Administration Skill Program in SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta in the school year of 2016/2017 with the tstatistic value > ttable­ or 3.111 > 2.021; (2) There was a significant impact of Self Efficacy to the work readiness in the 12th grade of Office Administration Skill Program in SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta in the school year of 2016/2017 with the tstatistic value > ttable­ or 2.107 > 2.021; (3) There was a significant impact of On-the-Job Training and Self Efficacy to the work readiness in the 12th grade of Office Administration Skill Program in SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta in the school year of 2016/2017 with the Fstatistic value > Ftable­ or 9.442 > 4.08.

Abstract

The research purposed to know about the implementation of educational facilities and infrastructure management, the problems in the implementation of educational facilities and infrastructure management, and the efforts to solve the problem in the implementation of educational facilities and infrastructure management at SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar.  Used a qualitative approach, the result of research showed that the function of educational facilities and infrastructure management that had been done at SMK Negeri 1 karanganyar are planning, procuring, storing, maintaining, inventorying, and deleting the educational facilities and infrastructure. The problem of warehousing management i.e. the infrastructure was lack of storage to keep the commodity before being invested and distributed, the lack of storage to keep the unused stuffs before being annihilated, the use of consumable goods were not accordance with the procedure, the management of library storage was not maximal. The solutions for the Human Resources problems were assigning the tasks to administrative affairs and picket student, training for the human resource, doing the division of work; to resolve the warehousing management there were some way i.e. reconstructing the administrative affair rooms by utilizing the empty room in the new building, utilizing the empty rooms in the new building.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the activeness improvement of the X grade office management students in the archival subject in SMK Kristen Surakarta by applying the cooperative learning model with Question Student Have type. This research is included as a classroom action research (CAR). It was conducted in 2 research cycles, each cycle consists of 4 steps, which are: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The data analysis was done by using the comparative descriptive analysis technique and critical analysis. The procedure of the research includes planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results showed that through the application of learning model Question Student Have type can enhance the students’ activeness. The total improvement of students’ activeness covering 7 indicators of visual activities, listening activities, writing activities, motor activities, mental activities, emotional activities, and oral activities was 71.87% in which on pre-research the score increased from 27.7% to 51.84% on the first cycle and furthermore increased to 80.30% on the second cycle.  The conclusion of this research is that the application of cooperative learning model Question Student Have type is able to enhance the students’ activeness of the X office management of SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta.

Abstract

This research is aimed to know about: (1) the appropriateness of Modul Kearsipan based on 2013 curriculum seen by the utilization of teachers and students of the tenth grade of Office Administration of Vocational High School (SMK) Negeri 6 Surakarta; (2) the problems of the teachers and the students in utilizing the Modul Kearsipan based on 2013 curriculum which implicated in the Vocational High School (SMK) Negeri 6 Surakarta; (3) the solutions to solve the problems of the teachers and the students in utilizing the Modul Kearsipan based on 2013 curriculum which implicated in the Vocational High School (SMK) Negeri 6 Surakarta. This research used qualitative method with the case study as the research approach. The informants in this research are the teachers of Archival subject, the productive teachers of Office Administration, the tenth grade students of Office Administration. The data collection used interactive analysis where the activities involved were data reduction, data display, and also conclusion drawing and verification. The data validity was done by using triangulation method and source. From the finding of the research, it can be concluded that (1) the appropriateness of the Modul Kearsipan based on 2013 curriculum seen by the utilization of the teachers and the students consisted of: (a) Modul Kearsipan of the tenth grade students of the second semester for SMK based on 2013 curriculum is appropriate with all of the indicators of the content appropriateness of the module. (b) Modul Kearsipan of X of the second semester for SMK based on 2013 curriculum is appropriate with all of the indicators of language appropriateness. (c) Modul Kearsipan of X of the second semester for SMK based on 2013 curriculum is not yet completing the two indicators of display appropriateness, however it has completed the three indicators of display appropriateness. (d) Modul Kearsipan of the second semester for SMK based on 2013 curriculum is not yet completing one of the indicator of  graphic appropriateness, however it has completed the three indicator of the rest. (2) The problems faced are: (a) the less of practice and exercises from the module, (b) the type of the module is less organized, (c) the less of the examples from the electronic archival material, (d) the goal of the learning is not displayed, (e) the utilization of the students on the module. (3) The solutions are done as follows: (a) adding the exercises for students’ practice, (b) retyping of the unorganized module, (c) adding the materials and examples for electronic archival, (d) displaying the goal of the learning in the module, (e) the utilization of the module through the facility of the library.

Abstract

Segala protokol, himbauan, hingga pemberitaan mengenai perkembangan Covid-19 yang pertama kali muncul diCina pada awal tahun ini terus berkembang. Baik melalui media konvensional hingga media sosial, segala informasitentangnya terus membanjir dimanapun. Berita bohong atau hoaks dengan tujuan masing-masing juga makin marakturut meramaikan lalu lalang informasi yang terus mengalir setiap harinya. Utamanya di media sosial Facebook,hoaks banyak tersebar dan sangat mudah diakses oleh siapapun mengingat pengguna Facebook juga tak sedikit.Terlebih masyarakat dewasa ini hampir semuanya memiliki gawai dan sangat mudah dalam mengakses dan terterpainformasi. Dari membanjirnya informasi yang dipelintir, salah satu informasi yang saat ini mulai kerap dipelintiryaitu informasi yang berkaitan dengan vaksin Covid-19. Latar belakang pendidikan yang berbeda-beda, lingkunganyang bervariasi, dan penerimaan pesan yang beraneka ragam tentu menjadi peluang dalam penyebaran hoaks terkaitvaksin Covid-19. Maka dari masalah ini, muncul pertanyaan apa saja jenis hoaks yang muncul dalam pemberitaanvaksin Covid-19 dan bagaimana intensitas pemberitaan hoaks vaksin Covid-19 seiring semakin gencarnya vaksinCovid-19 dikenalkan oleh Pemerintah melalui berbagai media. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode kualititaif. Fokus dari artikel ini yaitu analisis mengenai beritaberitahoaks yang tersebar di Facebook terkait vaksin Covid-19 di mana data dikumpulkan dari kanal Hoax Busteryang ada pada website www.covid19.go.id milik Komite Penanganan Covid-19 dan Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional(KPCPEN). Temuan ini memperlihatkan bahwa ada kecenderungan pemberitaan mengenai vaksin Covid-19 padajenis hoaks tertentu dan intensitas pemberitaan yang ada. Kata Kunci : Covid-19, Facebook, Hoaks, Media Sosial, Vaksin.
