This study used descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The research was conducted at the Office of the Asset and Logistics Section of Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta. The purpose of this research is to find out the process, problems and efforts of implementing inventory of state-owned goods. Research data obtained from informants, events and documents by purposive sampling. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The data validity test technique was obtained by triangulation of sources and methods. The data analysis technique uses interactive model data analysis. The results showed the implementation of the inventory of state property in the Asset and Logistics Section of Sebelas Maret University Surakarta is good and in accordance with applicable laws with the following activities. The problems that arise are limited number of human resources, too much inventory of goods being carried out, the person in charge of the room and goods users do not carry out their duties, and property data countries and goods in the field are not the same. The efforts are to receiving student internships, empowering the division of labor and providing maximum teaching for interns, socialization and training of staff and carry out routine supervision of goods.
