The objective of research was to find out: 1) the work motivation affect on the teacher performance; 2) the work environment affect on the teacher performance; 3) the work motivation and work environment collaboratively affect the teacher performance. The location of this research was in SMK Pancasila 6 Jatisrono, Kecamatan Jatisrono, Kabupaten Wonogiri. This research employed a quantitative research method and it was a population or total sample research, the population of which consisting 52 teachers.Collecting of data used were questionnaire and documentation. The data was analyzed using a multiple linier regression analysis technique with prerequisite test including normality, linierity, and multicolinierity tests.The result of the research: 1) there is a significant positive effect of work motivation toward teacher performance based on the value of rcalculation>rtable which is0,634>0,274 at significant level 5%; 2) there is a significant positive effect of work environment toward teacher’s performance based on the value of rcalculation>rtable which is 0,647>0,274 at significant level 5%; 3) there is a significant positive collaboratively effect of work motivation and work environment toward teacher performance based on the value of rcalculation>rtable which is 28,899>3,17 at significant level 5%. The large of the work motivation contribution toward teacher performance is 55%.
