Abstract

Abstrak: Desa Pemakuan terkenal dengan hasil produksi sagu dan terletak di Kecamatan Sungai Tabuk Kabupaten Banjar Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan dan memiliki luas 3.05 km2. Hasil olahan sagu biasanya dijual ke pasar Martapura, Banjarbaru dan Banjarmasin secara tradisional dan membuat ruang lingkup penjualan menjadi sempit dan hanya pembeli yang datang kepasar saja yang mengenal produk mereka dan imbasnya kepada pendapatan UMKM sendiri yang tidak meningkat, sehingga diperlukan sebuah solusi berupa pelatihan tentang digital marketing agar UMKM Basamaan di desa Pemakuan bisa memperkenalkan produk mereka kepada calon konsumen baik secara online maupun offline  dengan tujuan mereka akan mendapatkan keuntungan yang jauh lebih besar dari sebelumnya. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan secara tatap muka langsung dengan pelaku UMKM Basamaan di Desa Pemakuan Kecamatan Sungai Tabuk. Mereka diberikan pelatihan menegai penerapan digitalisasi marketing meliputi penjualan melalui media sosial seperti Whatsapp, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook dan marketplace, serta membuat video menarik untuk memperkenalkan produk mereka dengan bantuan seorang bloger. Hasil kegiatan ini berupa pembuatan website oleh perwakilan masyarakat Desa Pemakuan yang berisi pemasaran produk-produk mereka berupa sagu, baik yang masih berupa mentah maupun sagu yang sudah diolah.Abstract:  Pemakuan Village is famous for its sago production and is located in Sungai Tabuk District, Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan Province, and has an area of 3.05 km2. Processed sago products are usually sold to the Martapura, Banjarbaru, and Banjarmasin markets traditionally and make the scope of sales narrow and only buyers who come to the market are familiar with their products and the impact on the MSME income itself is not increasing, so a solution is needed in the form of training on digital marketing so that the Basamaan MSMEs in Pemakuan village can introduce their products to potential consumers both online and offline with the aim that they will get much greater profits than before. Service activities are carried out face-to-face with Basamaan SMEs in Pemakuan Village, Sungai Tabuk District. They are given training on the application of digitalization marketing including selling through social media such as Whatsapp, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and the marketplace, as well as making interesting videos to introduce their products with the help of a blogger. The result of this activity is the creation of a website by representatives of the Pemakuan Village community which contains the marketing of their products in the form of sago, both raw and processed sago.
