<![CDATA[AbstrakMasyarakat Sunda kental dengan nuansa nilai-nilai filosofis kehidupan yang di dalamnya mencakup aspek hubungan antara Tuhan, manusia, dan alam. Kearifan masyarakat Sunda tersebut dapat tercermin dari laku lampah, papatah atau paribasa, dan kabuyutan yang terikat dengan sistem tritangtu. Nilai-nilai karakter masyarakat Sunda yang ingin dikaji dalam penelitian ini berfokus pada karakter cageur, bageur, pinter, bener, singer. Kelima karakter tersebut dianggap dapat menjadi pembentuk sikap moral kewarganegaraan yang meliputi tiga muatan utama pendidikan kewarganegaraan, yakni: (1) Civic Knowledge; (2) Civic Skill; dan (3) Civic Disposition. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengkaji karakter kearifan lokal masyarakat Sunda dalam membentuk sikap moral kewarganegaraan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu studi etnopedagogi melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menganalisis data sekunder yang bersumber dari artikel jurnal dan buku. Hasil dari kajian ini mengungkapkan bahwa karakter kearifan lokal masyarakat Sunda memiliki makna yang sangat dalam. Setiap karakternya dapat merepresentasikan prilaku ideal sikap moral warga negara.Kata Kunci: Moral kewarganegaraan, Kearifan Lokal, Masyarakat Sunda. AbstractSundanese society is identical with nuances of philosophical values of life which include aspects of the relationship between God, humans, and nature. The wisdom of the Sundanese people can be reflected in the practice of lampah, papatah or paribasa, and kabuyutan which are tied to the tritangtu system. The character values of the Sundanese people who want to be studied in this study focus on the characters of cageur, bageur, pinter, bener, singer. The five characters are considered to be able to form the moral attitude of citizenship which includes three main contents of civic education, namely: (1) Civic Knowledge; (2) Civic Skills; and (3) Civic Disposition. The purpose of this study is to examine the character of the local wisdom of the Sundanese people in shaping the moral attitude of citizenship. The method used in this research is an ethnopedagogical study through a descriptive qualitative approach by analyzing secondary data sourced from journal articles and books. The results of this study reveal that the character of local wisdom of the Sundanese people has a very deep meaning.
