<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa seberapa besar pengaruh penerapan good governance terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Bulila Kabupaten Gorontalo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pengajuan hipotesis yang dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari kepemimpinan Camat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dikecamatan Bulila Kabupaten Gorontalo, dengan hasil analisis maka dapat dilihat bahwa nilai t-hitung untuk variabel kepemimpinan Camat adalah sebesar 2,272 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,029. Nilai signifikan ini masih lebih kecil dari nilai alpha (0,05) sehingga Ho diterima. The type of research used is quantitative using survey methods. The method of analysis in this study uses simple regression analysis.
