This research aim to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and work engagement toward nurse’s job satisfaction of Santo Gabriel Pavilion, Dirgahayu Hospital Samarinda. To collected the data in this research, researcher uses cencus methods. The sample which used in this research was 42 respondents of nurse who has been worked in Dirgahayu Hospital samarinda at least two years. This researched used multiple linier regression analysis with SPSS as an instrument to calculate the data. The result showed that there was a positive and significant effect between transformational leadership toward nurse’s job satisfaction. And there was also a positive and significant effect between work engagement toward nurse’s job satisfaction.Keywords: transformational leadership, work engagement, job satisfaction
