<![CDATA[Role is the position or position of a person that makes a person have a duty or obligation, when someone carries out his rights and obligations an obligation has carried out a role. Ustadz is a person whose role is very important, even the role of an ustadz will not be able to empower by other media tools. One of the roles of an ustadz is as a role model for every congregation he fosters. This study aims to determine the role of Darul Qolam majlis ta'lim caregivers in shaping adolescent religious behavior in Kebon Cau Village, Ujungjaya District, Sumedang Regency. Researchers use this type of qualitative research. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, it is analyzed by reducing the data, presenting the data, and then drawing conclusions and levers. The results showed that the role of the majlis caregivers in the religious behavior of adolescents as educators, motivators, teachers, inspirations, and as guides had been carried out well.
