This paper study discusses the success stories of education in Finland, being the best example for Indonesia, especially in managing education management so that it becomes a school that improves quality and class. This discussion begins with an understanding of the explanation of the problem, then continues with a search for scientific friends from various library sources, which we then review, which includes the steps of data coding, data interpretation, and reporting of results that meet the validity and reality standards of the study. Data search will be carried out electronically on valid and convincing data sources with a phenomenological approach, which seeks to understand the problems of the data that we analyze. Let's just be clear; we design a positive qualitative where we try to discuss to get a proper understanding of how successful the story of governance has been given by Finland so that it can be a very good example for Indonesia. After the last discussion, we concluded that education and best practice in Finland after they became leaders in preparing human resources for the younger generation, which has received good recognition from the world, is through trials. This best practice should naturally be used as a model for the development of education in the country.
