Abstract

This paper study discusses the success stories of education in Finland, being the best example for Indonesia, especially in managing education management so that it becomes a school that improves quality and class. This discussion begins with an understanding of the explanation of the problem, then continues with a search for scientific friends from various library sources, which we then review, which includes the steps of data coding, data interpretation, and reporting of results that meet the validity and reality standards of the study. Data search will be carried out electronically on valid and convincing data sources with a phenomenological approach, which seeks to understand the problems of the data that we analyze. Let's just be clear; we design a positive qualitative where we try to discuss to get a proper understanding of how successful the story of governance has been given by Finland so that it can be a very good example for Indonesia. After the last discussion, we concluded that education and best practice in Finland after they became leaders in preparing human resources for the younger generation, which has received good recognition from the world, is through trials. This best practice should naturally be used as a model for the development of education in the country.

Abstract

A recent example where the implementation of this new normal policy has even become counterproductive is the regulation regarding the requirement to obtain an Entry Permit (SIKM) in carrying out activities in the new normal era, which was stipulated by several local governments. In practice, this regulation becomes a burden that burdens the community, because in addition to complicated management, it also involves significant costs. The winding road to getting back to work in this new normal era for inter-regional workers is also added to the rules for having to undergo polymerase chain reaction (PCR) or rapid tests issued by the Task Force for the Acceleration of Handling COVID-19. So it is not surprising that many then cancel their activities, including airlines that also cancel flights. This can have an impact on the economy for the community.

Abstract

Sambas Regency is a regency located in West Kalimantan Province, a place that is rich in tourism potential. Sambas Regency with various kinds of tourism potential, both natural, cultural, and historical heritage. Behind the many tourism potentials in Sambas Regency, one thing that is lacking is the lack of management and development in several existing tourist attractions. But that does not mean that all tourist attractions are not fully managed, there are also tourist attractions that continue to improve but also need appropriate follow-up actions so that they can be carried out continuously. Talking about potential, of course there needs to be development, innovation, and strategies so that these various potentials can be utilized. Various steps will certainly not be carried out if they cannot be managed properly. Thus, management is the core of the various steps implemented to achieve a goal. Various elements can participate in the success of achieving the goals that are carried out, in this case the management of tourism development strategies in Sambas Regency can be carried out by various parties such as local governments, agencies, and the community. Of course, this is intended so that tourism in Sambas Regency can run optimally and in the end tourism can boost the local economy little by little.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengetahui tentang: 1) kemampuan membaca dan menulis siswa kelas II pada masa covid-19 di MIN 2 Sambas, 2) strategi guru kelas dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca dan menulis siswa kelas II pada masa covid-19 di MIN 2 Sambas, 3) factor pendukung dan penghambat guru kelas dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca dan menulis siswa kelas II pada masa covid-19 di MIN 2 Sambas. Strategi Guru Kelas Dalam Meningkatkan Kemampuan Membaca dan Menulis Siswa Kelas II Pada Masa Covid-19 di MIN 2 Sambas Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022 Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara,observasi, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, display data/penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sedangkan teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data peneliti menggunakan triangulasi dan member check. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) kemampuan membaca dan menulis siswa masih ada beberapa siswa yang belum lancar baik dalam kemampuan membaca dan menulis. Kelas II memiliki jumlah siswa sebanyak 34 orang. Kemampuan membaca dan menulis siswa berbeda-beda, sebanyak 10 orang yang lancar membaca dan menulis, lumayan lancar sebanyak 9 orang, dan tidak lancar sebanyak 15 orang., 2) Strategi yang digunakan pada masa covid-19 adalah strategi pengelompokkan. Dalam pelaksanaan strategi ini guru menggunakan pemikiran yang matang dengan mempertimbangkan dampak baik dan buruknya dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Pada proses pembelajaran daring siswa diberi penugasan dengan siswa datang ke sekolah dalam bentuk kelompok-kelompok kecil. Penugasan yang diberikan sesuai dengan materi-materi yang dibutuhkan siswa, 3) Faktor yang melatarbelakangi dalam proses pembelajaran yaitu berasal dari siswa yang kurang mampu dalam belajar membaca dan menulis

Abstract

The perfection of the human form still has various physical phenomena, some are physically perfect and genetically perfect. On the other hand, there are also humans who are born with imperfect physical and genetic forms. Reality shows that there are people who are born with intimate organs as perfect men, but look like women, usually called waria. Because there is a psychiatrist concerned who is not satisfied with his genitals. In this context, Islam allows and even encourages sex change for someone who has multiple genitals, penis and vagina, or has no genitals at all (khunsa), to clarify and function optimally and definitively one of the genitals because it will give the benefit is greater than the harm (mafsadat). This research is a field research (field research) which is qualitative in nature. Field research procedures that produce descriptive data, in the form of written or oral data from the people and research observed. Therefore in this study each symptom is associated withimplementation of the MUI fatwa regarding the position of waria in the context of sex change and perfecting operations.will be studied thoroughly and in depth and endeavored to provide a deep meaning of the phenomena found.
