This research looks at information networks and information systems, as well as the challenges faced by information networks. Many things have been achieved in Indonesia through the use of information networks, one of which is a digital library; there are many facilities that can be used to serve and fulfill the wishes and needs of readers. The obstacle in building information networks in libraries is the lack of user knowledge in accessing libraries that currently use digital technology. There are still many human resources who do not want to work as IT in the library, as seen from the growth of the library's information network which is still limited.
