<![CDATA[Abstract. This study aims to find out how much the effect of empathy towards bystander intervention moderated by rape myth acceptance have in rape cases. The total sample in this study was 125 respondents of heterosexual male students in Bandung. The measuring instruments used are The Illinois Rape Myth Acceptance Scale Short-Form from Payne et al, The Interpersonal Reactivity Index from Davis, and The Bystander Decisional Balance Scale from Banyard et al. The data analysis used is moderated regression analysis. Based on the regression results, it was found that rape myth acceptance had no significant effect as a moderator variable on the effect of empathy towards bystander intervention. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh empati terhadap bystander intervention yang dimoderasi oleh rape myth acceptance pada kasus pemerkosaan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 125 responden mahasiswa laki-laki heteroseksual di Bandung. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah The Illinois Rape Myth Acceptance Scale Short-Form dari Payne et al, The Interpersonal Reactivity Index dari Davis, dan The Bystander Decisional Balance Scale dari Banyard et al. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah moderated regression analysis. Berdasarkan hasil regresi ditemukan bahwa rape myth acceptance tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan sebagai variabel moderator pada pengaruh empati terhadap bystander intervention.]]>
