Upaya Peningkatan Penjualan Bibit Durian Berbasis Digital Marketing Melalui Pemberdayaan di Era Pasca Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide counseling related to efforts to increase sales of UD durian seeds. Tunas Baru Mulya is in economic recovery after the Covid-19 pandemic through digital marketing sales. Service activities are carried out using observation, training, mentoring and evaluation methods. The results showed that UD. Tunas Baru Mulya experienced a problem, namely a decline in sales turnover during the covid-19 pandemic. This is a result of government policies related to social and space restrictions, thereby triggering a decline in selling power. With the problems that occur, a solution is needed, namely providing empowerment through digital marketing marketing strategies so that the sales turnover of durian seeds can increase again in the future. The results obtained from the empowerment carried out by researchers after this activity was carried out were UD. Tunas Baru Mulya has additional insight and skills in marketing durian seeds by utilizing digital marketing and increasing sales.ABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penyuluhan terkait upaya meningkatkan penjualan pada bibit durian UD. Tunas Baru Mulya dalam pemulihan ekonomi pasca pandemi Covid-19 melalui penjualan digital marketing. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan metode observasi, pelatihan, pendampingan dan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UD. Tunas Baru Mulya mengalami masalah yakni terjadi penurunan omzet penjualan ketika pandemi covid-19. Hal ini diakibatkan dari kebijakan pemerintah terkait pembatasan sosial dan ruang sehingga memicu penurunan daya jual. Dengan permasalahan yang terjadi maka diperlukan solusi yaitu memberikan pemberdayaan melalui stratategi pemasaran digital marketing sehingga omset penjualan bibit durian dapat kembali meningkat di masa yang akan datang. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pemberdayaan yang dilakukan peneliti setelah kegiataan ini dilakukan adalah UD. Tunas Baru Mulya memiliki tambahan wawasan dan keterampilan dalam memasarkan bibit durian dengan memanfaatkan digital marketing dan peningkatan penjualan.
