This paper planned to examine the alignment of employeeâs perception in Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Sebelas Maret University (FKIP-UNS) of Financial Perspective, Customerâs Satisfaction Perspective, Internal Process Perspective and Learning and Growth Perspective, in a line to implement the Balanced Scorecard as Managementâs Control System. This is the first step of designing the model. When the perception from the scorer and whom scored meet together, its means that the tool could be adopted and realized.Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Sebelas Maret University (FKIP-UNS) as a growing Higher Education organization should lays the planning process and strategy in the right track. Designing the appropriate curricula which has to adaptable, responsive to change and improvement for the educating process is important to do in other way to find customerâs satisfaction then increase the revenue of the organization. The measurement could be found in Balanced Scorecard model.Using the Kruskal-Wallis H test, this research found that there is a difference in proportion for the Balanced Scorecard model, but this is okay because there are no conditions that the proportion for each perspective must be the same. The Mann-Whitney test found that there are no differences in perception between the scorer and whom scored (P value from each perspective is greater than α), from the Meanâs Rank shows that the Internal Process Perspective get the first priority for respondents, the Learning and Growth Perspective in second priority, the Financial Perspective in third priority and the Customerâs Satisfaction Perspective in the last priority in setting or designing the evaluationâs criteria for the Balanced Scorecard model.
