Abstract

This research aims to: 1) know the role of academic supervisor of Educational Economy major to enhance student’s learning achievement, 2) to find out the time duration the academic supervisors take to do the counseling, 3) to find out the problems in counseling.This research uses descriptive qualitative method and the embedded case study. The data come from informants, the research locations and documents. The research uses the purposive sampling technique. The data collection is done with interviews, observations and document analysis. The data validation uses data triangulation pattern and the resource. The data analysis is conducted with interactive analysis pattern technique.The results of the research conclude that: 1) the academic supervisor functions as the information resources, the one to accommodate, listen the problems of the students, help the students to resolve the problems, give suggestions and monitor the learning activities of his/her students, 2) the counseling is done at: the beginning of the semester, the middle semester and the end of semester, 3) problems to conduct counseling come from both the academic supervisors and the students

Abstract

Activity location " To Increase of Earnings of UMKM Silver Through Extension of Network Marketing and Development Desain" in Sub-Province Mount Kidul region , this matter pursuant to consideration that this region is including area hit by earthquake disaster on 27 May 2006. Congeniality of crafting of silver is crafting and made accessories with elementary materials of silver. UMKM face main problem, that is they only accept just making fare fee which its it him very determined by pemesan/ [both/ second] modal.Masalah owner that UMKM capital deficiency to produce [by] xself. While third problem, there is no UMKM owning trade merk / effort. So that [all] consumer more is recognizing [of] entrepreneur trade mark which in fact sell that UMKM product than recognizing UMKM which exactly its maker. Target of this activity that is improve earnings [of] UMKM [crafting/ diligence] [of] silver, passing extension [of] marketing network and product desain development. Result of this activity : UMKM more inovatif in yielding silver product , can make finance note and look for market alone without its irrespective [of] investor from Kotagede.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to describe education fund management in SMK Cokroaminoto 1 of Surakarta, to know effectiveness of education fund management in SMK Cokroaminoto 1 of Surakarta, its problems, and also the effort solve the problem. This research was conducted at SMK Cokroaminoto 1 Surakarta. Data were collected by using interview, document, and observation, and then analyzed qualitative. The technique of data analysis which are used are interactive analysis model which consists of three main components, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. While, source triangulation and method triangulation are used for examining the data validity.Based on the analysis results and discussion, it can be concluded are as follows a) Fund management in SMK Cokroaminoto 1 of Surakarta can be devided into three phases, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation. In the phase of planning and evaluation is usually held a meeting to determine/ arrange polices and responsibility for implementing work and estimation program. While, the implementation of fund management is done based on the rule which has been made by the supervising and policies of head master. b) Fund management in SMK Cokroaminoto 1 Surakarta has not been fully effective. c) The biggest problems faced by its school is the delay of payment from the parents.

Abstract

We can consider value from two different perspectives. The first is the present value of expected cash flows, or what we will call financial value.The second  is market value, which reflects what investors are willing to pay for the invesment as they understand it. If information is easily available to all investor and the markets are fairly efficient, we might expect market value to reflect the financial value quite efficient.However, these two values may not always be the same. There are times when information is not fully available or trading is swayed by emotional reactions and the market value invesments diverges from the financial value.We will not attempt to analyze these periods of divergence. Our basic premise in this topic is that economic forces will ultimately bring that market value into line with the underlying financial value. Our focus will be on the elements and techniques of determining the financial value of an invesment.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence application of Retail System to increase the competency student of Tata Niaga education. Implementing application of Retail System Aplication already applying in Tania Mini Market. The application of retail system in Tania maked by student, almost same with activity in generally mini market. So, this practice activity to give the student competency to arrange and operation the mini market. Finally the student can to competent in work market or to enter retail business. Explanation of this problem is very important in teory or practice that is can to increase and to expand knowledge the student to operations mini market. In practice, application of retail system can to increase process study in laboratorium Tata Niaga education so aims of education can be reached.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research to tries to analyze the Babad Prayut, especially to analyze psychology and political network of the elites of Jawa against the political and economic changed in the 18th Century. The data were collected by primary and secondary sources of history. The primary sources was Babad Prayut, Serat Wulangreh, and Suluk Mas Nganten. The secondary sources was results of research of the 18th Century. The technique used to analyze the data was historical analysis. The result of analysis shows that: (1) in the reign of Sultan Agung, the kratons of Java were at times themselves leading agents of Islamisation, reconciliation between Javanese culture and Islamic piety, and put the large kinship by weddings; (2) that political thinking produced to legitimation, and political legitimation are determine of interpersonal trust, civic engagement, and political engagement. The third factors are symbolization of political system; (3) political change occurred in the death of Sultan Agung were many of aristocrats to prefer to collaboration with the Dutch colonial; (4) that situation make the muslim leaders took opposition. They put his self as cultural broker, merchant princes, and counter elite.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kinerja Lembaga Amil Zakat (LAZ) dalamperspektif Balanced Scorecard (BSC) menganalisis kekuatan,kelemahan, peluang danhambatan serta permasalahan yang dialami LAZ dalam mengelola dana ZIS.. Penelitianini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara,kuisioner dan studi pustaka.Berdasarkan analisis disimpulkan bahwa 1) kinerja LAZ dalam perspektifkeuangan sudah baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari pengumpulan dan penyaluran danaZakat Infak dan Shodaqoh (ZIS) yang terus mengalami kenaikan. Dalam perspektiflearning and growth, sudah baik, dilihat dari tingkat kepuasan karyawan LAZ. 2)Adapun dalam kinerja dalam perspektif customer, belum baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat daricustomer yang belum puas akan pelayanan LAZ. Yang menjadi kendala dalamperspektif ini adalah indicator reliability (keandalan), empati dan tangible. 3)Permasalah yang dialami oleh LAZ adalah keterbatasan SDM dan status legalitas LAZ.Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi Hendaknya Bazda melaksanakan perencanaanstrategis secara komprehensif dan koheren dengan mengubahpola perencanaan jangkapendek dan jangka panjang, sebaiknya pengurus (pengelola) LAZ adalah profesionalyang tanpa dibebani tugas lain di luar LAZ, hendaknya LAZ lebih memperhatikankepentingan karyawan (full timer) dalamhal pemberian kompensasi, dan kepemimpinan,hendaknya LAZ lebih memperhatikan kepentingan customer dalam hal keandalan,empati dan dalam penyediaan fasilitas.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know: (1) The hospital service standard of PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta, (2) The patient’s perception to the service quality given by the hospital of PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta, (3) The harmonistic between the hospital service standard of PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta with the service quality that has been given to the patient, (4) The obstacles faced by the hospital of PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta in evaluating the service quality, (5) The solutions for the obstacles in evaluating the service quality. According to the objectives of this study, this research applies qualitative descriptive method. This research uses purposive sampling technique, where the samples taken are not decided by the number of the samples but it is emphasized on the samples understanding quality to the case observed. The samples of the research are the number that represents the information in taking the conclusion. The technique used in collecting data is interview, observation and documentation. The technique of data validity used is source triangulation and method triangulation. Technique of analyzing data used is the interactive data analysis technique. Derived from the analysis, it can conclude that, (1) The hospital service standard of PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta refers to the accreditation of five service, (2) The patient’s perception to the service quality, (3) The harmonistic between the hospital service standard of PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta refers to five accreditations of hospital services of PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta and the service quality dimension. (4) Obstacles faced by the hospital. (5) The solutions for the obstacles.
