Abstract Menurut Greenberg dalam Setiyana (2013: 384), tekanan mental di tempat kerja merupakan struktur yang sulit untuk didefinisikan, stres mental dalam pekerjaan terjalin erat dengan satu orang, yang berlari karena masalah, karena beberapa pekerja mengemban suatu hierarki.questionnaires distributed to PT Aneka Aulia Lestari properties and samples were collected using the census.
