Abstract

Abstract This study’s goal was to ascertain the impact of interpersonal communication, transformational leadership and organizational commitment on the performance of PMII Rayon Al-Farabi. The study’s methodology is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. 63 respondents made up the sample in this study, which used the proportionate random sampling method. The results showed that the results of the F test of interpersonal communication, transformational leadership and organizational commitment simultaneously had a significant effect on performance. From the results of the t-test analysis, it is known that the interpersonal communication variable has a significant effect on performance and transformational leadership and organizational commitment variable has not significant effect on performance. Keywords: Interpersonal Communication, Transformational Leadership, Organizational Commitment and Performance

Abstract

Abstract Menurut Greenberg dalam Setiyana (2013: 384), tekanan mental di tempat kerja merupakan struktur yang sulit untuk didefinisikan, stres mental dalam pekerjaan terjalin erat dengan satu orang, yang berlari karena masalah, karena beberapa pekerja mengemban suatu hierarki.questionnaires distributed to PT Aneka Aulia Lestari properties and samples were collected using the census. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to test and explain Teh effect of product quality , price and location, on Teh purchasing decision of Teh study on Indonesian Iced Tea Outlet in Tlogomas Malang. This type is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Teh data analysis method use is multiple linear regression. Teh sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling with a total sample of 80 respondents. To solve Teh problems in this study using Teh help of SPSS with validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, hateroskedasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, f tests (simultaneous, t tests (partial). Teh results of this study show that simultaneously Teh variables of product quality , price, and location have an effect to purchasing decisions . And Tehre is a partial influence between product quality, price, and location variables on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Product Quality , Price, Location, Purchasing decision.

Abstract

Abstract Companies with good management should realize that the nature of employees as human beings has needs to be fulfilled. From the desire to meet basic needs, to the effort to meet secondary needs. Lack of attention to the needs and desires of employees will have a bad impact on the company itself so that it will result in the level of employee loyalty decreasing. If a manager is wrong in determining the leadership style for his employees, it will have an impact on decreasing employee loyalty, this will affect the growth of Turnover Intention in a company. Abstract

Abstract Every organization in a company operates by using all of its resources to be able to produce products, both goods/services that can be marketing. This study aims to determine the effect of training and motivation on employee work productivity at Idea Batik Gondanglegi Malang Regency simultaneously and partially. This type of research is associative quantitative research. The research was conducted at Idea Batik Gondanglegi, Malang Regency. The time for this research to be carried out is from September to December 2021. The population and sample used are Idea Batik Gondanglegi employees, totaling 38 people. Based on the research results, it is known that training and motivation simultaneously affect the work productivity of employees in Idea Batik Gondanglegi, Malang Regency. partially or individually training and motivation affect the work productivity of employees in Idea Batik Gondanglegi Malang Regency. Keywords: Training, Motivation, Employee work productivity

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of Customer Satisfaction, Customer Trust and Switching Barriers on Customer Loyalty. The sampling method used is accidental sampling. The population of this study was the overall customers of Steak Moen-Moen Malang and the sample number was 75 respondents. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that Customer Satisfaction and Customer Trust did not significantly affect Customer Loyalty, while the variable Switching Barriers had a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Customer Trust and Switching Barriers, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of work environment and work discipline on employee performance. This study uses quantitative research with descriptive categories. The survey sample consisted of his 75 respondents drawn from a formula based on Malhotra's theory. The analytical technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS 22. The results of this study show that work environment and work discipline simultaneously have a significant positive impact on employee performance. The working environment has a significant positive impact on employee performance. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of halal label variables, brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions for Ms Glow's skincare products. This research used a case study on FEB students class of 2019 at the Islamic University of Malang who were selected by accidental sampling.Determination of the number of samples using the Malhotra formula and the results obtained were 60 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this study is Instrument Test (validity test and reliability test), Normality Test, Classical Assumption Test (multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Statistical Test (t test), and Coefficient of Determination Test (Adjusted R2) and the process of analysis using SPSS 21. The results of the study stated that the variable halal label and brand image had no effect on purchasing decisions, while product quality had an effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Halal Label, Brand Image, Product Quality, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the effect of company size, company growth and profitability on company value in companies in the food and beverage industry sector which are listed on the IDX for the 2019-2021 period. This research uses Explanative Research. The sample selection for this study used a purposive sampling method using several criteria. From these criteria, companies in the food and beverage sector are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), companies in the food and beverage industry sector that do not publish annual financial reports consistently on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2021 period and companies in the food and beverage sector. did not experience delisting on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2021 period. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis and used SPSS version 29.0. The results of this study show. Company size has a partially insignificant negative effect on firm value, Company growth has a partially positive and insignificant effect on firm value and Profitability has a partially significant positive effect on firm value Company size, company growth and profitability have a significant positive effect simultaneously on firm value in companies the food and beverage sector listed on the IDX in 2019-2021 Keywords: Company size, company growth profitability and company value.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational communication, organizational culture and organizational structure on organizational commitment. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The population used in this research is PMII Rayon Al-Farabi 2022-2023 extra-campus organizational management. While the sample used in this study is probability sampling. There are 174 administrators and samples that can be processed are 64 administrators. The results of this study indicate that the variables of organizational communication, organizational culture and organizational structure simultaneously have a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Keywords: Initiative Commitment, Organizational Communication, Organizational Culture and Transformational Leadership
