Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of physical fitness of students by means of a physical fitness test (TKJI). There are test items carried out including a 60 meter run test, a hanging elbow test, a lying down test, an upright jump test and a 1200 meter run test.The research was conducted in the field of SMK Negeri 1 Lubuk Pakam in 2022 with quantitative descriptive methods through Physical Fitness Tests for ages 16-19 years. This test was conducted on badminton athletes with a total sample of 20 people.The data obtained is then converted into a physical fitness assessment table, then the average value of each component of physical fitness is sought. So in this study, the physical fitness level was obtained with a result range of 14-17 indicating the "Good" category as many as 17 people (85%) and with a result range of 10-13 indicating the "Less" category as many as 3 people (25%).Based on the data obtained, it was concluded that the average level of physical fitness of Futsal extracurricular participants at SMK Negeri 1 Lubuk Pakam in 2022 was categorized as "Good" Keywords: Physical Fitness, Futsal Extracurricular Participants at SMK Negeri 1 Lubuk Pakam
