HIV/AIDS has a high risk of being transmitted through sexual contact, needles, blood donors, mothers who breastfeed their children and others. The increasing prevalence of HIV/AIDS in Indonesia is related to the low level of prevention behavior. The purpose of this research is to analyze the spread of HIV/AIDS by simulating the SIA model. This study uses quantitative data taken from sectoral statistical data at the North Sumatra Province Kominfo Service which can be accessed via the internet page. The final results show that the number of infected people is increasing every year, this shows that the spread of the HIV virus will always increase every year.
