Character is a characteristic possessed by an object or individual. These characteristics are original and rooted in the personality of the object or individual, and are the factors that drive a person to act, act, say, and respond to something. Character education is a conscious effort to help people understand, care about, and implement ethical values. Character education can be applied using a variety of ways one of them through methods of habituation in everyday activities. This study aims to describe the process of character education implementation through the method of habituation in Grade 3 of State Elementary School 20 Lubuk Alung. This research uses qualitative descriptive. The results showed that in implementing character education through habituation method especially good behavior, teachers use routine activities or scheduled habituation, spontaneous or unscheduled habits, and exemplary in everyday activities.
