<![CDATA[Employee work performance must be created as well as possible in order to maintain the sustainability of the organization or company. Therefore, companies must pay attention to and manage their employees in order to maximize performance. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and teamwork on employee performance. The research method used is quantitative descriptive research. This research was conducted at PT. Bank BTPN (Tbk) KCP Banyuwangi with the population used is all employees as many as 32 respondents. The technique used in this research uses probability sampling technique. By conducting observations, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique is instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t and f hypothesis testing. In this study used multiple linear regression analysis to process questionnaire data and determine the effect of research variables. The results showed that the variables of leadership style, organizational culture and teamwork had a significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Bank BTPN KCP Banyuwangi. Partially, the leadership style variable has the most dominant influence on the dependent variable, namely the performance of PT. Bank BTPN KCP Banyuwangi.]]>
